First time stopping in tonight, but it has been highly recommended so I thought Id give it a try. I love the quaint feel of it. The customer service was great. Lots of options and ways to customize and build your own sub how you like it. My son and I got the classica Italian sub, I added banana pepper and he added olives. The price was $26 for 2 9inch subs that were packed and I mean packed full of fresh ingredients (side note the pickles that came on the sub reminded me of pickles my grandma used to make, very nostalgic feeling). The bread is soft, the Italian dressing was flavorful, all the veggies were crisp and fresh and the meat was wonderful. So this is definitely going to be my go to sub shop especially since I oay the same price at the other cookie cutter sub shops around town. Not even a negative imo because I'm not a warm sub person, but they don't have a way to toast a sub but are willing to warm it up in the microwave if you want, but it was recommended when we got hone and wanted a warm sub an air fryer is the way to go. I will say if you are in a wheel chair or have some other mobility issue it may be a bit of a tight squeeze to get in however it was raining and dark so there may have been another entrance available. Highly recommend and I 100% will be back I have so many flavor combinations to try ?

Subs here are usually great and people are usually pleasant however tonight's experience was horrible. The man was great but the lady that was putting together subs was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I don't think she likes her job. I will however critique my sub that she made and if it is not correct they will be hearing me LOUD and CLEAR. Unacceptable. I can't wait to get home to check. GUARANTEE ITS MADE WRONG. We'll folks checked my sub and it's wrong like I thought called to complain asked for manager she answered and said she was manager. I asked to speak to the man that was working and was hung up on. For the price you pay and to be treated like dirt. I will think twice about going back if at all.

One of my favorites. Many meats to choose from. Build your own sub/grinder. Delicious grinders with alot of meat. Reasonable prices. A 6inch grinder is plenty. Better than Subway or Jimmy Johns.
The subs were good and the staff was excellent. Just passing through and decided to stop for a bite. If we're ever in the area again will definitely stop by.

Good sub but caught off guard by the customer service. Started to tell her what I wanted on my sub and then she said “just tell me what you don’t want it’s easier for me”. So then when they made it I said “it comes w/hot peppers right and she said nope 85 cents extra-which is exactly why I was telling her what I wanted on it, so would not come back if she was working again.

6/15/24 update : the Wally's italian sub continues to be the best cold sub in the area as lotsa fresh tasty ingredients are wrapped in great italian bread with perfect chew and texture. It took awhile, but Otto P Beagle has finally found his go to cold sub!
