Waiting at drive through to order, no one said anything. We said “hello” then were yelled at for yelling? Idk. Really don’t need any more excuses not to go to water street. Plenty of other options: factory coffee, Starbucks.

I stop in on my way to work its been several times when I come in and there coffee machines are "not working " or there not ready ...

The 8.00 cup of coffee was half way full and not what I ordered. First time at this location and I will never order from the Harrison st location again.
Friendly service, easy in and out. Another beautifully delivered Water Street location. Ice cream including flavors like purple sweet potato and horchata is served along with their handmade syrups. They will grind your coffee for you too!

I come here at least once a week for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee when I want to spoil myself. Everything is always great, including the outstanding service from Sara and her team at this location.The customer in front of me ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. Looked great! I usually just go for a dark roast, but today I said, I'll have what he's having :) Glad I did. It was second to none, right up there with the last one I had in Rome. Bravo to the barista!

Very good coffee and friendly service! The only downside was that it took a while because there was only one person behind the counter working.
Tasty drink! Got the Sleeping Bear Mocha from the drive-thru. Polite and friendly when taking my order.

Horrible service. rude people. Go to the centre st or oakland dr one. People are so nice at those ones!

Service was good but the first time I ordered an iced beverage and was served in a hot cup, which made it taste bad. The second time I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte w/almond milk and repeated the order 3x and was still only served a regular latte with almond milk.
The food and coffee was good, but I sadly can’t recommend this place because the staff is rude and snobby.
Everything here is perfect… the coffee, the breakfast items, sandwiches, desserts, the display, the staff. I always stop by when I am in town.
