Gentleman at the window was friendly. His name was Will. He wanted to charge us $6 each for extra napkins. He was just kidding. I asked for fries with no salt, they were salted. The friendliness made up for it.
Service was slow, party of 5 with no special orders ate in the dining room and it took over 10m to get our food. No ice in beverage machine. Floor was so sticky I walked out of my shoe twice. No soap in the ladies room. The food was good, but as far as Wendy's go, this one could use some improvements!
I drove through the other day. And I just want the manager to actually read this and listen, those guys are burned out. Beyond burned out. You're going to have to give them incentives of some kind to want to be there. I don't fault them but you could tell they were just over it. The food was dried out and cold. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. The drink was great. The other stuff was just all dried out cold food. Again I don't blame the workers there,...
