Got a ceaser salad that had a lot of black, rotting pieces of lettuce in it, so much for "Fresh".
I took it back and got a replacement that still had rotten lettuce pieces, just less of them.

This location has messed up my order. Every. Single. Time. It's almost comical... keyword being almost. What led to the review was that I ordered a meal for my 2 sons and I. The person who I assumed to be the manager handed me the food and just stared at me. So I asked "is everything in here?" And he stone faced said "yes"... it wasn't. So I pulled back around to the drive thru. Explained what had happened and was talked to like I was an inconvenience to them. My recommendation would be to terminate the entire staff and start fresh with people that give a crap.

Went around 7 pm and no baked potatoes left. Got a large cup of chili and it was room temp. And the clerk threw away my receipt without even asking if I wanted it. The bathroom was also not clean. I don't find this service acceptable and not recommend it.

Dietary restrictions: I occasionally go to Wendy's for their chili because I am gluten intollerant and they supposedly only use cornstarch in the chili as a thickening agent.

Kid-friendliness: Usually but not so much at this location.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a single hot item from this Wendy’s location, whether busy or not. Im not asking for a 5 star dinning experience, just hot food. The burgers always taste old. Would it kill anyone there to just make fresh food? I know you guys are aware of how long the food has been setting, but yet, they still will give you old crusty food. I blame the managers.

I always order Wendy’s in the morning on door dash, my order is never wrong and it’s always fresh. Best Wendy’s I’ve been to and the same with lunch, they always get my order right and it’s always fresh.

Horrible service customers in diningroom not even acknowledged! Employees and managers only taking care of drive thru customers and door dash orders....MOD said store manager Raquel should not have taken today off...also stated the assisted manager shouldn't have taken the day off and it was their fault they were not acknowledging diningroom customers...I understand busy....I understand short staffed but they should be alternating.....avoid this place at all costs!! Many diningroom customers just left!

Yeah, if you make a mobile app order, don't expect to get your food correctly or expect a local evening manager to do anything about getting you? The proper food made the way you asked to have it made that you paid for in a timely fashion. If you made an mobile app order, they refused to do anything to make it right? Won't give you a receipt, tamper with your food
