I give this Wendy's no stars the worst service ever when they gave me my bag it was ripped she seen it and handed me my bag and handed me another one not even opened and said here I could not believe it no bag no star's

Went into the men's restroom and it was dirty and the toilet was covered in excrement. The lid, seat, and bowl. No baby changing tables either. So we left. Didn't buy any food because my wife needed to go before we bought food. Our 9 month old needed a diaper change and no place to do it.

Ordered a Dave's double and a son of a baconator. Arrived at the window to pay, only to find a scowling young lady, who was less than rude. She didn't thank us or ask us to have a nice day and she didn't count back the change or even state how much we were getting back. The Dave's double was burnt and cold to the touch. The son of a baconator was ice cold. The cheese wasn't melting. We would have taken it back, but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to take it back. I would not recommend this location. Food and service both were unacceptable. We threw the sandwiches away. $20 down the drain. Mind you, this was not during a lunch or dinner rush, it was 3:30. The food should have been smoking hot and not burnt to a crisp. The cashier could have at least said hello, thank you or even the amount with a smile on her face.

Food was terrible. No where fresh and ice cold in the middle like they saved yesterday's leftovers and tried to reheat them.
OMG This place is nasty, bathroom was omg disgusting..the food and service was just as bad as the bathroom. No co2 so no soda which is fine but my meal came with a small drink the only thing they had was lemonade smh so okay ill have that but they charged me extra for the drink ....NO NO not my fault you dont know how to manage your store so after finally explaining how it works I got my money back from the drinks ..crazy and that wasn't crispy chicken that was fish ...I know they have been closing down wendys restaurant because the one in the town where I live closed . But being honest if any restaurant should be shut down it this one for sure . Or maybe get a manager that knows how to manage and keep stock .... just my view

If you go during first shift hours, I've never had a problem. The lady at drive thru is always happy and greets you with a smile. My fries are always hot. I don't know about in the evening but the first shift crew is awesome!
