Took a long time to get food in the drive thru. Ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers plain. They came were made with everything. Ordered 2 large fries. Was given 1 large and 1 medium. CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU.

I went through the drive-through and encountered one of the rudest employees I've dealt with in over 40 years. I ordered an item and was told it would take about 5-10 minutes. I explained I could wait 5 minutes but needed to be at work but 10 minutes was too long. The employee was extremely rude and condescending throughout the interaction. I told him I'd take a Number 1 instead but that I wouldn't be returning if this is how customers are spoken to. When I pulled up to the window, he refused to make my order - which, honestly, was fine, because with that attitude wouldn't want him handling my food anyway. Very unprofessional experience.

Gregory was our cashier tonight. Super friendly very polite and he took the time to go to the toys so my daughter's could pick out the ones they wanted. I appreciate his good customer service.

The past two times I have been here ( 1st time on evening shift, 2nd morning shift) the staff has been polite professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty!! Food was hot and fresh each time Everyone on shift deserves a huge raise

Always an unbelievable long wait even if you’re the only car. Lady at the drive thru had a hard time hearing me because they were blasting music inside. People were having a group smoking sesh at the back door right by the drive thru. Fires were cold and overly salted to the point they were grainy. They told me the wait was my meat for my burger. When i got my food after almost 20mins of waiting my burger was cold.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant on gull road and possibly in Kalamazoo. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The coffee was lukewarm warm and the sandwich had rubbery bacon.

This is the second time in the last 8-10 years or so that I've had my credit card number stolen or had fraudulent charges on my card.

First time was about 8-10 years ago and I noticed that th cashier had taken some extra time with my credit card. I disputed and let it go. I didn't visit this location again until Aug of 2025.

I rarely give my card in drive thrus for this reason and try to order on apps if I'm going through a drive thru.

This happened again to me a few weeks ago. The cashier left for 2-4 minutes with my card. That threw up red flags, so I checked my account when I got home. Sure enough, there were 2 charges from Wendy's. I waited to see if other charges would go through or if both would post as charges. Sure enough they both did. Been a pain in the butt trying to get this reversed and cancel anything important connected to this card.

I suggest not visiting this location unless you want your card info stolen.

this has got to be the most trash location for Wendy's between the GM being a drunk all of the managers on shift never doing their job always leaving the crew alone during rushes to do everything by themselves never cleaning down the facility properly they didn't even wipe out the lemonades for the first three weeks I worked there crusted lemonade all over it the place is nasty I'm sure if you look deeper there are bugs the management is terrible they treat new hires like s*** all of the management does not do their job Ruth be coughing on everything DEZ AND AMOUS doesn't even stay in the building more than 20 minutes and then go outside and for an hour at a time leaving people by themselves during a rush the line is always long because nobody's doing their jobs people can't even make sandwiches properly it's a whole mess AMORE clocked me out while I was on break and didnt even tell me like mfs do not follow any rules or procedures and I am fed tf up and nobody does anything about it and the fact that the general manager is a drunk and does nothing about it and lets his people act like that and treat people like that that just started working there is a real f****** sad situation having worked at a Wendy's for two years before that I would never recommend anybody come if you get a job here it really need shut down

Could take more than 2 orders at a time in the drive through when there's a line of vehicles 20 min drive thru isn't fast food.
