this has got to be the most trash location for Wendy's between the GM being a drunk all of the managers on shift never doing their job always leaving the crew alone during rushes to do everything by themselves never cleaning down the facility properly they didn't even wipe out the lemonades for the first three weeks I worked there crusted lemonade all over it the place is nasty I'm sure if you look deeper there are bugs the management is terrible they treat new hires like s*** all of the management does not do their job Ruth be coughing on everything DEZ AND AMOUS doesn't even stay in the building more than 20 minutes and then go outside and for an hour at a time leaving people by themselves during a rush the line is always long because nobody's doing their jobs people can't even make sandwiches properly it's a whole mess AMORE clocked me out while I was on break and didnt even tell me like mfs do not follow any rules or procedures and I am fed tf up and nobody does anything about it and the fact that the general manager is a drunk and does nothing about it and lets his people act like that and treat people like that that just started working there is a real f****** sad situation having worked at a Wendy's for two years before that I would never recommend anybody come if you get a job here it really need shut down

They had 5 cars waiting for their food in the pickup area. Waited half an hour before going inside. They said they were short staffed. I waited another 20 min until I finally got my food, which was a simple and small order. The staff moved so slowly I can only assume they were all incredibly high. Seriously, I’ve never seen people give less of a crap. I would have asked for a refund but I thought that would just take more time. If the franchise owner can only support an understaffed and uncaring personnel to the point it takes nearly an hour to get a simple order, they should close down until they staff up. Oh, and they got my order wrong.

Ordered through Grubhub. I watched my driver arrive, and shortly after he sent me a text saying the restaurant was just starting to prepare my food. Sent back “No worries, as long as my fries are hot I’m totally fine!”

I live 5 minutes from the Wendy’s, I’m just sick and taking a med I can’t drive on. Watched the driver leave and get here very quickly.

My small drink became the largest drink. I got double fries, but they were COLD. The spicy chicken sandwich was like cardboard—also cold.

I don’t understand how hard this is. I watched him get there, he communicated, but the food was cold. This is not a driver issue! If your food is old, throw it out. I didn’t want extra food, I wanted FRESH food. I just paid $25 for a big pop. Everything else was inedible. I’m mad.

Came inside because I wanted my order cook to order so I feel that’s better then waiting up the drive thru but there was a new girl in front counter she did a fantastic job taking my order but for 3 people to be worried about drive thru with 2 cars in it an she had 11 orders on her screen with not one manager wanting to help her the girl manager actually told her she need to only take two orders at once an then bag an go back that’s so unfair when you have grub hub an DoorDash coming in also an your new . Had to get loud for them to even attempt to help her was there in the lobby for 33 mins for a 20 piece nugget meal an a biggie bag cooked to order smh I worked at fast food for a long time an every still do an we never leave our NEW people to suffer I felt sorry for her but the manger on shift as of time 4:30 an up SUCK an is very unprofessional somebody could of helped her bag an when I said some they wanna give me attitude an stank faces very CHILDISH Of them I come there very often an I refuse to go back if there going to just leave there front corner person to suffer that new that’s sad . Oh yea my food was NOT cooked to order an I had to make them give me the rest of my order because she didn’t know because she was knew an they expected her to just know everything without help from her high above people that works there.

Got $1frosty today(8/28/24) at drive thru. Employee greeted us over the intercom with "it's a great day at Wendy's, what can I get for you?" How did he know that his positivity would be appreciated after having to leave previous establishment due to rude customer service?
11/6/24: I ? this Wendy's. Tonight, I enjoyed a delicious apple pecan salad after being disappointed at a different restaurant because they did not offer any gluten free options.

Dietary restrictions: Thank you Wendy's for offering gluten free options such as the apple pecan salad, chili, and baked potatoes.
