The last two times I was there I asked for a salted caramel toffee and got a salted caramel coffee. I explained what happened the first time I was there and the they acknowledged what I said and then made another salted caramel coffee. I called when I got home and they told me, sorry we don't have a toffee. What!!! Why did they let me order it if they knew they didn't have it. Oh wait they probably were acknowledging that I was talking but didn't hear what I was saying. Yeah that's it. So they didn't offer to make it right, all they could do was say sorry. Not good customer service.
I got the Banana Cream Pie and it was awesome. I'll definitely be going back to try the other flavors.The workers are really nice too!

I stumbled on this place when I was recovering from chemotherapy treatments and struggled to consume foods. My mouth sores were rough. Their products were able to give me the nutrition I needed without causing discomfort in my mouth. Thr texture was perfect being cold to help sooth the mouth too.The owner is extremely friendly and remembers her clientele! That's a hard detail that many owners miss! She calls me by name and remembers my special needs (allergic to pineapple). Amazing service!

My shake was pretty gross. Super icy and the flavor was not good. I paid $17 at this location for a medium tea and shake, when at other locations for the same price I can get a larger tea. Also I get it's Herbalife, an MLM focused on weight loss, but having a scale out in the front of your club is creating a toxic environment.

Love coming here for the tea bombs. The watermelons cooler is my favorite. My husband gets the cherry lime aid and he says it's just like Sonic without all the sugar. My son love last to come gets shakes. He thinks it's a great treat while getting some protein in. Super friendly service.
