Ordered the 8 piece boneless meal and paid extra for the voodoo fries. The boneless parm garlic chicken had a really good taste but they were super tiny and all the time I waited for my chicken to be done they could of been cooking fresh fries but instead I got soggy cold fries that seemed to be sitting up for a while this was my first time eating at wing stop and having paid almost 15 dollars I do expect better very disappointed.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be taken and didn’t receive my food for a whole 30 after that, I asked for BONELESS WINGS COMBO & received chicken tenders I barely got any fries and my corn was cold. 0/10 I don’t recommend I will not ever return.

My husband walked in to the Wing Stop on Gull Road tonight to place an order for our family and was met with the rudest customer service. The man asked my husband if he had ordered online and my husband said he hadn’t and wanted to just place an order. The guy replied, “Order online,” and walked away, so my husband walked out. Treating paying customers that way is no way to build your business or get repeat customers. Will not be returning or recommending this place!

I put in my order at 5:06, arrived and went inside to get it at 5:23, was told it would be 5-7 minutes. Went back in at 5:35 and sat until 5:55 and was told they hadn’t even started my order and that it would be 20 minutes at least. I walked out and canceled my order. The staff working has one speed, and it is not fast. They do more talking and “busy work” than any actual cooking or working. Absolutely terrible service.

My order was delivered to the wrong location and they were not helpful with getting the problem fixed. I understand they don’t have the deliveries but there should at least be someone there when the restaurant is open that can handle those situations rather than brushing me off to a customer service number. Worst ran business I have ever dealt with.
