Went here awhile back and service was incredibly slow didn’t get drinks and after 30 minutes we walked out the door… came back a month or so later thinking maybe it was a fluke thing… same exact thing… 2 servers we only see one actually doing anything (kudos to the one server who was working her tail off)…no drinks after 30 minutes we walked out again… definitely don’t recommend this place! make the drive to Yankee boy in south boardman!

Had to change my 5 star review from my last visit to my current visit. Took two of my children here for their birthday dinner ( both have birthdays 3 days apart) Extremely disappointing, food was good, service was -10. Waitress had no idea how to do her job. Sat and stared at dirty tables the ENTIRE time we were there. Tables that were dirty when we got there were still dirty when we left. My 10 year old didn't get a kids menu or the fun stuff to color while sitting and waiting. Didn't get offered dessert let alone birthday desserts like they have in the past. We decided to go next door to McDonald's for that since it took 25 minutes of waiting to get the bill and to-go boxes for our left overs. I grew up going to this restaurant and I can honestly say this was my last visit. Not worth the waiting or the 80 dollar bill.

Big boy, please train your night waitresses. To be more friendly to the customers. This is the second time we have been up there for dinner and the waitress brings the basket of food for a four year old throws it on the table and says here's your food and then walks away try to stop her to ask her for refills for drinks and she just walks away so then we have to go up to the counter , to ask for our drinks and it's not like they are busy when there was only four people in the restaurant and there's two waitresses working please step up your game and do better

Waited over 10 minutes to just get drinks and then over 20 minutes to get food which wasn’t even right and most of it wasn’t there definitely not worth the 50$ me and my sister spent, and the buffet only have maybe 10 items at most

Omg the bathroom was blown out. And no paper towels, so if the staff was us, obviously not washing hands. Also if your bathroom is that disgusting, what's your kitchen look like!!

Very nice place. I have been here a couple times previously, but my parents were in town this week. We knew we could trust Bigboy to be good food. So we went 3 times this week. All the times were amazing, but the past two times were over and above! Anna did a great job serving us. We all liked our food very much. I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Philly scramble. I highly recommend coming to eat here.

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated-not because it was busy, because the hostess and cashier wanted to chitchat with every customer who was cashing out. Once we were seated, we sat for 20 minutes and no one took our orders. My wife got up and told the hostess. She told our waitress we hadn’t been waited on. A couple of minutes later, our waitress apologetically took our orders. We thought things would improve, since they realized their mistake. Nope. We waited about 15 more minutes for our coffee and other drinks. Then (you’re never going to believe this), we waited some more for our food to be served. Food was tepid, at best. I was avoiding the breakfast buffet, because it looked like a bio hazard, but I suspect the server simply spooned items from the buffet onto my plate and called it good. My wife and daughters can confirm what others have written about this restaurant’s restrooms. We will remind each other of this experience every time someone in our family thinks it might be a good idea to eat at a Big Boy.

We were seated for 20 minutes and watched others, seated after us, being served. I went up to let someone know. A waitress came over right away to take our order, but then again, did not even bring our coffee and juice for another 15 minutes. There was an overall ick vibe, but this was based mostly on the number of disgusting smoker’s coughs we heard while there. The bathroom was filthy and smelly. I would never go back here.

Got a couple of meals to go, waitress handed me the wrong order, thankfully I noticed bc I didn’t order soup. Asked for extra pickles, she assured me they were in there, got home and they were indeed not in there, probably in with the soup order that wasn’t mine. Not great service, food is okay, will probably not be back for awhile.

Went in for a slim Jim. Haven't had one in years. They were out of ham the waitress said. So I decided on breakfast. After waiting for the good a ridiculous amount of time. Ordered the eggs over medium the whites were still running. The waitress took them back. They threw them on the grill for a couple but we're still not done. What if I would have spit it out? They put it back on the grill that they were cooking other people's food. I didn't eat the eggs. The bathroom is nasty. Doesn't look like anyone has cleaned it in a long time. Trash overflowing and towel tools sitting on the counter. Then come to find out they did have the ham to make the sandwich. I wish it would have been a better experience. Big Boy is an old favorite but probably won't be back to the one in Kalaska. Even went to the DG and the bathroom was way cleaner that the restaurant. Do better Big Boy.
