Even though I like the Big Boys I see two things I'm not impressed with The bathroom is always trashed with toilet paper and the reinvention on it was terrible No baby changing station. What it is wasted space. Do better.

Decided to stop at Big Boy for breakfast on our way home from Traverse City. They were busy it was Father's Day. Our waitresses name was Maddie she took our order, and my husband wanted 2 eggs scrambled, Sauage patties, hash browns well done on both sides, white toast. And I ordered 2 eggs Sunnyside up, hash browns, white toast, bacon. When our order finally came my husband hash browns was not cooked on both sides barely cooked on one side. Eggs was under cooked. My hash browns were still raw. After we got done eating what we could. We waited for our bill to come and waited, waited, waited. And finally asked the waitress for our bill. And her response was just one minute please. This was the worst experience in my life, and we will never return to that big boy restaurant ever again. It wasn't worth the $ 32.79 that the bill was for. My 7-year-old Grandson can cook better than those cooks. They need to be trained again how to cook. When the customer asks for something done right it better be done right.

We always see the same two hard working waitresses there. That tells me it's a good working atmosphere. The food is consistently good. I miss the eggs Benedict though.

Philly with very little steak but a disgusting amount of some kind of pinkish congealed liquid cheese goop? A LOT OF IT! Served cold. Horrible.

take out order for my coworkers and I Friday Jan 10. When we opened the bags at work after picking up the food we discovered they burnt the hash browns to the point of them being inedible. Also our entrees stated they came with syrup and they forgot all of it. When I called they did not care and only offered a few bucks off my next order. Will not be returning Thanks for nothing I spoke with Angie and Jeremy.

Soggy cold fast food style fries, had a Bacon burger one visit with stone cold BBQ sauce. Another soggy fries with a burnt turkey and bread for a slim Jim. Take your money to Burger King instead
