Im so annoyed with the place right now it use to be the spot and it Def went down hill. I got carry out today and the cold thats answering the phone should not be... ever! He asked me a few times if I wanted hashbrowns or home fries I said hashbrowns which is litterally the only reason I got a breakfast from there at all turns out he gave me home fries because in the end they said they no longer have hashbrowns. Ive had a bad day this made it worse ive been coming there religiously for the past 6 years I will no longer be eating there anymore. I have them good stars because I like the manager and my waitresses have been pretty good the last 6 years and I dont want to reflect poorly on them hopefully they get there stuff together and returns to being a great place e

We came for our Valentine's dinner. Our waitress barely paid attention to us. Our food took forever to come out and then my fish wash just mush and not cooked. The mac and cheese tasted like water noodles with a attempt of cheese. They did not give us any dipping sauce that comes with the order of chicken tenders. The waitress would take other customers and just work on their specific order and not check on the other tables. We tried to look at her when she was near us or try to get her attention but she would just walk into the kitchen and ignore. We put our plates in a nice stack and made it noticiacble that we were done. It took her forever to give us our receipt so we could leave. We took our Valentines day cake to go. Sorry to be true but worst Valentines meal ever. Don't go there.

Went here awhile back and service was incredibly slow didn’t get drinks and after 30 minutes we walked out the door… came back a month or so later thinking maybe it was a fluke thing… same exact thing… 2 servers we only see one actually doing anything (kudos to the one server who was working her tail off)…no drinks after 30 minutes we walked out again… definitely don’t recommend this place! make the drive to Yankee boy in south boardman!

10/10 wonderful meal, great prices, and our waitress (an older lady, super friendly & witty) was amazing! Gave the place that old time diner feel. Cannot quit raving about our meal there! Loved it and will be back again!

Had to change my 5 star review from my last visit to my current visit. Took two of my children here for their birthday dinner ( both have birthdays 3 days apart) Extremely disappointing, food was good, service was -10. Waitress had no idea how to do her job. Sat and stared at dirty tables the ENTIRE time we were there. Tables that were dirty when we got there were still dirty when we left. My 10 year old didn't get a kids menu or the fun stuff to color while sitting and waiting. Didn't get offered dessert let alone birthday desserts like they have in the past. We decided to go next door to McDonald's for that since it took 25 minutes of waiting to get the bill and to-go boxes for our left overs. I grew up going to this restaurant and I can honestly say this was my last visit. Not worth the waiting or the 80 dollar bill.

Big boy, please train your night waitresses. To be more friendly to the customers. This is the second time we have been up there for dinner and the waitress brings the basket of food for a four year old throws it on the table and says here's your food and then walks away try to stop her to ask her for refills for drinks and she just walks away so then we have to go up to the counter , to ask for our drinks and it's not like they are busy when there was only four people in the restaurant and there's two waitresses working please step up your game and do better

Waited over 10 minutes to just get drinks and then over 20 minutes to get food which wasn’t even right and most of it wasn’t there definitely not worth the 50$ me and my sister spent, and the buffet only have maybe 10 items at most

Very nice place. I have been here a couple times previously, but my parents were in town this week. We knew we could trust Bigboy to be good food. So we went 3 times this week. All the times were amazing, but the past two times were over and above! Anna did a great job serving us. We all liked our food very much. I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Philly scramble. I highly recommend coming to eat here.

There were no surprises here! Just like any Big Boy I have visited in recent years, the service was SLOW. How slow? We waited about 15 minutes to be seated-not because it was busy, because the hostess and cashier wanted to chitchat with every customer who was cashing out. Once we were seated, we sat for 20 minutes and no one took our orders. My wife got up and told the hostess. She told our waitress we hadn’t been waited on. A couple of minutes later, our waitress apologetically took our orders. We thought things would improve, since they realized their mistake. Nope. We waited about 15 more minutes for our coffee and other drinks. Then (you’re never going to believe this), we waited some more for our food to be served. Food was tepid, at best. I was avoiding the breakfast buffet, because it looked like a bio hazard, but I suspect the server simply spooned items from the buffet onto my plate and called it good. My wife and daughters can confirm what others have written about this restaurant’s restrooms. We will remind each other of this experience every time someone in our family thinks it might be a good idea to eat at a Big Boy.
