waited about 20 minutes for 3 wraps. got home and most of the ingredients were missing. how hard is it to make 3 wraps with just a few ingredients. and it was cold!!
I received 3 meals today, paid over $50. All meals came with small fries, never in my life have I received a small fry with a meal, they told me this has always been standard 🤔 My nuggets were cold and all bread, so I gave them to my dog. the tomatos in the burger were mushy and soggy, quite frankly spending that sort of money, I would expect some sort of quality. Your workers are demanding higher wages, the customer should be receiving decent food. we will not be coming back....read full review
"Have it your way" unless it's closing time! last nite I ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers, med fry, med drink. $9.82. Turns out I got a $1 bacon cheeseburger, & a $1 hamburger. All after waiting for a half hour! They close @ 10pm, & I got my food @ 10:07pm! @ least give me back the difference in price! I feel sorry for the 2 cars that were still in line behind me!! Who knows what they ended up with!
Never again for Kalkaska Burger King! I'll go next door to Arby's!

Burger King offers a fast, friendly, and kid-friendly dining experience. The food is generally delicious, with the exception of a flat and skimpy double meat croissant. The drive-thru service is efficient, and the restaurant is clean and conveniently located near the freeway. The staff provides excellent customer service, and the management is great. The dining area is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Burger King has recently improved its food quality and service, making it one of the best fast-food options in the area.
