The Gaylord Michigan McDonald's location is busy but well-organized, with friendly staff. The crew is really nice, especially the morning crew, and one particular male manager is always happy and helpful. The food is fantastic, made to order, and always hot and yummy. There have been some concerns about slow service during busy times, with customers waiting longer than expected for their orders, especially at the kiosk. However, the manager has gone above and beyond to make the experience better when mistakes occur. This store is clean and well-managed, making it stand out from other fast-food joints.
