20 minute wait for 20 nuggets and 3 fries . Brought out the wrong order. Finally got the food but had no condiments that were ordered. Had to go back inside to wait 5 more minutes to get helped . Then they were very rude and told me I should have ordered the condiments , as I did . Definitely will never go back after the way I was treated and how disorganized they were . Do yourself a favor and just eat at Arby's on the other end of town .

For the waiting time food was very very cold( fish) yuck asked for a SIDE of tartar for my fries,no tartar on my fish. Ugh. Someone must have been hungry as we waited in line because my med fries seemed to be enjoyed while they were hot by someone else. I mentioned it, the lady was very very rude.

I ordered through the mobile app on September 12th and asked when getting my food if the fries were no salt. He looked at the screen and said yes. I tried them before leaving the parking lot and they had salt. I went inside and said I needed no salt fries as he was lifting a basket out of the fryer. Instead of getting my fries he dumped it and put salt on it. He told me I would have to wait another 4 minutes after having waited 15 already. I had to go back to work without the fries I paid for.

I can see why this place has such low reviews. The customer service from the girl that is supposed to be taking payments is insanely horrible. I waited at the window, she was right inside yapping, I waited and waited, tried to get her attention, and she continued ignoring me. So, I assumed I had to pull to the next window. Nope, she was supposed to be taking payments. The other staff was friendly, but the girl taking payments needs to at least signal that it will be just a minute so we know.

Took the fast out of fast food! Order is inaccurate. Tables are gross. Employees seem to hate each other. No other customers but I am standing at the counter watching my food get cold. All around bad experience.

Ordered a simple large fry with hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes. It’s totally fine if they’re super busy and short staffed but we could see into the kitchen and the many workers had no sense of urgency whatsoever and didn’t even seem to notice the few people who had been waiting so long to get their food. When people order fast food they expect it to be made fast and shouldn’t have to wait almost a half hour for one order of fries.

Waited for 15 min at the counter they never acknowledge i was there. After getting there attention still waited 10 more min before they came to take the order. Waited 15 more for them to make the food. 45 min to get a burger at a fast food place.
Nice updates to the interior. Using the kiosk is easy. Eta 6/8/25 service was so slow some girl before me was waiting at least 15 minutes (after I walked in the door) for 3 ice cream cones another guy was waiting for that long before being waited on. I waited for at least 25 minutes for food I ordered at the kiosk. Saw several cars come and go from the drive thru, though. Apparently, their focus was on them, not the people inside.

This used to be my favorite location but service has gone down a lot lately. Pulling everyone forward and placing my order I get rushed and not good service. Coffee is never the same even though I order it the same every time and it comes out different every time. Hope they can find some good friendly staff soon!
