This McDonald's in St. Charles, MI truly improved with staff and food. Order person was very friendly & professional asked if we were using mobile app, we gave my code for FREE Hashbrown and we had a Survey Coupon for BOGO Large Sandwiches. Ordered 2-Sauage McMuffin's & 2-more hashbrowns. Everything was hot & fresh! Person giving our food in drive-thur window was also friendly and checked to make sure our order was all in the bag! Great experience, we will be back when we pass through this town ! ;)

Update This is the in customer service with all the chance that come with a great management crew, top notch customer service, that you get from every employee in every position, they app is my absolutely favorite and easiest to use always accurate runs smoothly and like coclwork, I get they best hands down friendliest greetings from every staff member, doesn't matter whether position they perform. I love this place everything i said from my past experiences doesn't happen or exist in the work environment at this location. And they have they absolute best ice coffe of anywhere. Try the large light ice, with the liquid sugar and crean, plain no vanilla or Carmel flavorring just crean and sugar it's the best and I like Carmel. You love it.

For the price you can eat out at any of the big brand restaurant chains and you would at least be provided napkins without having to ask each and every time. NOT McDonald's in Kalkaska, MI. Even when you ask your chances of getting them are slim to none at best. Fix your customer service issues! Starting at Management for not training your employees.
This place is the worst fast food restaurant I have visited. It doesn't matter what time you go there, drive thru or curbside from app, it's never right. The app is about the most inaccurate for online purchases, always not saving your selection so your order is inaccurate and store never taking responsibility for their constant mistakes and always blames it on something other than their incompetent employees that don't gives a s**t.

Decided to get a Big Mac meal. It was nice to see a burger put together nicely. Even a little extra sauce. It was hot, perfect temperature. Fries were fresh right out of frier. It's been a while since I've gotten a Big Mac. This for once a good meal. The last one I got at Lake City was so bad I threw it away after only a couple of bites. Haven't been back since.
