Nice updates to the interior. Using the kiosk is easy. Eta 6/8/25 service was so slow some girl before me was waiting at least 15 minutes (after I walked in the door) for 3 ice cream cones another guy was waiting for that long before being waited on. I waited for at least 25 minutes for food I ordered at the kiosk. Saw several cars come and go from the drive thru, though. Apparently, their focus was on them, not the people inside.

This used to be my favorite location but service has gone down a lot lately. Pulling everyone forward and placing my order I get rushed and not good service. Coffee is never the same even though I order it the same every time and it comes out different every time. Hope they can find some good friendly staff soon!

15 minute wait, 3 cars in front of me. FIFTEEN MINUTE WAIT 2 cold fries... FIFTEEN MINUTES we waited, not a single straw for 3 drinks... my bacon quarter pounder had bacon so tough, it was un-chewable, was also cold. BTW I live within 5 minutes of the McDonald's. So travel was not a factor in the coldness of my food. All in all, nearly $28 dollars for cold food and half assed service. Seems to be right on par with how the entire country has become.

Food is standard and nothing wrong with the quality compared to other McDonald's. However the operation of the location is terrible lately. The last 3 months I have ordered from this location and the mancelona location. If you asked me which I preferred in the past, I would have picked kalkaska because even though the food was similiar in quality, this location seemed to handle the heavy demand of lunch better. Not the case anymore. I have ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner from this location and I would say out of a sample size of 10 visits about 7 to 8 of those visits resulted in receiving the wrong order or missing items from the order. I'm starting to get the impression that I'm better off acquiring the taste of char broiled burgers or god forbid get the same haphazard service from the nearby taco bell. If you eat here, the 1 minute bag check is mandatory and I wouldn't blame you for sitting parked until you verified your order was correct and hold up the line.

They stopped taking orders in one of their lanes with over a dozen cars in line and then acted like it was still functioning at the window. We spent over half hour in line with a mobile order. Food wasn’t even fresh.
With how the food looked it seemed like the people making it was having a rage fit but the girl that handed us our food was cool enough to save the day.

We had ordered on the app and i got a number 7 only ketchup, I open my food it has onions on the bottom under the patty and under the cheese. I always order my food without onions, mustard, and pickles and they mess it up every other time we go there. It is easier to make it without everything on it and they still mess it up.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to remember to put sauces in the bag, this is the fourth time this year I’ve gotten nuggets and have had no sauces.
