I can see why this place has such low reviews. The customer service from the girl that is supposed to be taking payments is insanely horrible. I waited at the window, she was right inside yapping, I waited and waited, tried to get her attention, and she continued ignoring me. So, I assumed I had to pull to the next window. Nope, she was supposed to be taking payments. The other staff was friendly, but the girl taking payments needs to at least signal that it will be just...
Nice updates to the interior. Using the kiosk is easy. Eta 6/8/25 service was so slow some girl before me was waiting at least 15 minutes (after I walked in the door) for 3 ice cream cones another guy was waiting for that long before being waited on. I waited for at least 25 minutes for food I ordered at the kiosk. Saw several cars come and go from the drive thru, though. Apparently, their focus was on them, not the people inside.
The crew are really nice especially the morning crew and one particular male manager who is always happy and nice! He once paid for my meal because I was having trouble with a card of mine too!
