Nice updates to the interior. Using the kiosk is easy. Eta 6/8/25 service was so slow some girl before me was waiting at least 15 minutes (after I walked in the door) for 3 ice cream cones another guy was waiting for that long before being waited on. I waited for at least 25 minutes for food I ordered at the kiosk. Saw several cars come and go from the drive thru, though. Apparently, their focus was on them, not the people inside.
The crew are really nice especially the morning crew and one particular male manager who is always happy and nice! He once paid for my meal because I was having trouble with a card of mine too!
This McDonald's in St. Charles, MI truly improved with staff and food. Order person was very friendly & professional asked if we were using mobile app, we gave my code for FREE Hashbrown and we had a Survey Coupon for BOGO Large Sandwiches. Ordered 2-Sauage McMuffin's & 2-more hashbrowns. Everything was hot & fresh! Person giving our food in drive-thur window was also friendly and checked to make sure our order was all in the bag!
