This place is such a local GEM. This is our go-to date night spot and place to bring guests visiting from out of town. Everyone we bring seems impressed with the quality of the food here.

Went late in the day. Food was exactly what I wanted and cooked to perfection. My mom had one of their larger salads and I had their shrimp and fries. Highly recommend. The service was great. I also forgot my receipt at the time I was at the store. I called a day later and they were able to print it and text it to me, which was extremely helpful since I was on a business trip. I will be adding this restaurant to my route next time in town.

Did a quick Google search for restaurants in Kalkaska, found this one, stopped in, and was pleasantly surprised to find a really nice place! Was hopping on a Tuesday evening. Service was very quick and friendly and the food was great! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stopped here on our way back to Grand Rapids from Mackinaw City and had the best perch dinner I've ever eaten at a restaurant. It was clean and quaint. We will be stopping here again on our trips north.

No chicken in their white chicken chili, over priced
Everything we had was fantastic! We started with the Trout Town Frickles, then my husband and I shared the two entrees. We ordered the Platter of Wings, and Fish n Chips! In my opinion, it’s the best fried cod and chicken wings in the area! This is a gem of a restaurant.
