Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone. So... I Give her five stars.

worst mcdonalds in bay city/kawkawlin area. employee lied to cover a mistake of leaving items off the order, then tried to say it was company policy not to add said item, called 2 other mcdonalds with 3 miles of this one and they both said that the beaver road employees always lie to cover mistakes.

On Monday I paid for a DOUBLE quarter meal but when I got home it was only a SINGLE, call back and talk to some manager lady gave her a name and my address being told within 3 days I'd get a coupon for free meal, well guess what now it's been over a week so we went in and asked if we could just get it in person. Didn't remember the name of the lady so I was told there's nothing they could do. That's not how customer service works this is the first McDonald's that has done this. Never had any issues before this but this is straight up pathetic. I'm usually nice and understanding to fast for employees having been in their shoes before but learn how to do your jobs, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to read the screen and figure out if it's one patty or two that goes on the sandwich.

Today, all I ordered was a large fry and a large iced coffee. Well when I got to the second window, the girl handed me my coke and said it should just be a second for your fries. Then like 15 seconds after she comes back to me and says I'm sorry it's going to take like 2 minutes for your fries. I was like really you just said it would be a second. She said they were really busy and it's not her fault. Well it was her fault, she shouldn't tell the customer a lie, when she didn't know how long it was going to be
Went to mcdonalds the other day.. Ordered 4 medium fries, I asked for extra ketchup, was told by employee they have a 4 ketchup pack limit... :/ Are they so broke that they can't give out ketchup now?

If you are going to charge for suaces you should put them in the bag oh and also you should put the sauces that come with the meal in that same bag

Rude employees. Always forget items. Poop on the bathroom walls, stalls, sink and toilet seat. No toilet paper. Cashier simply said, I know. I put a Out Of Order sign up. People keep taking it down. Honestly CLEAN IT.
