Came in on a Friday night, and it wasn’t too busy. I don’t know if this place is understaffed or what, but service is INSANELY slow. It took 20 minutes just to get a waitress to come to our table and order drinks, and another 10 minutes to bring them to our table. The food came out around 30 minutes after we ordered it. Pretzel, burgers, and fries were all pretty good.
I had come in last week with my daughter and we had Leanne as a server. She was very kind and very sweet and recommended some different appetizers as well as entrees. My daughter and I both went with her recommendations and could not be happier! She is so full of life and energy and is just a ball of fun and is very knowledgeable. The lodge, you have a star on your hands with this one 🖤
Maybe it was just the timing, we arrived behind two large groups, but service was quite slow.
Food was excellent and the manager comped part of our meal. So overall, a good experience.
