If you like authentic Mexican food. This is the place to go. I never knew it was there, drove past every day, stopped in one day tried 3 steak tacos with cilantro, onion, queso fresco, tomato. Now i stop once a week
I had a steak torta which was absolutely delicious. My husband had a burrito which was made on a very thin tortilla that was good enough to eat alone, not counting the steak, cooked from scratch beans, rice, etc. we topped them both off with house made tomatillo sauce. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and when we apologized and said we'd eat fast we were told to take our time and enjoy. The food here is delicious. I have tried the beef and steak tacos as well as the quesadillas. The staff is friendly as well. Spoke with the owner recently and she was telling us how excited she is to move her market down a few doors to allow more room in her restaurant.
