Papa Piccione's of Kent City

Came in for pizza buffet. Nice and surprised. Im from out of town, enter and you get sense of kent city, hott food and tasted great. Prices cant be beat.

I had the privilege of dining at this location yesterday (Tues.) with a group the waitress was fantastic, and spot on with the drinks and refills. Pizza was amazing, and prices are Very reasonable. I look forward to my return visit.

Tried this for the first time totally disappointed. Was almost impossible to get through person on the phone was talking to someone other then me not paying attention to my order. Food was ok at best literally only 2 chunks of sausage per slice at most. I do not recommend. Talking to someone on weather or not your kid has eaten dinner is not tech support.

Usually pretty pleased with this location. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way instead of going to Ravenna, 5 miles down the road.But never again.Got there for pickup, Tried to simply ask a question and was constantly interrupted before I could even get my question out. It was about a military discount FOR NEXT TIME since They won't even give it to you with an online order.They forgot part of the order. Said it only takes like 2 min to make the bread. 40 min later I'm still sitting there.They blamed it on being swamped, but it's just nasty attitudes.Pizza was missing toppings and they didn't give me any of the sauce I paid for. And of course I was fuming and didn't check my food before I left... especially since she said the sauces were in the boxes.$40 for whats in the photos..

After 2 hrs finally got our cold pizza because I was told they did not see it was take out on order (it was ) . Then I got a voice mail saying I didn’t pay delivery fee and would not be able to order from any other locations ??? What ? Our food was never discounted for mistake not made by us and I am so confused. Never have I experienced such poor professionalism or service

Went to try to go in and eat. Thought it would not take as long. Even the server said they were fast. Over promise and under deliver. Also, possible employee kids in dining room using profanity loudly while playing on their computer. They were getting frustrated with whatever game but maybe speak to your kids, they also represent you.

One of the best pizza places around! Great small town place with kind and helpful staff. Pizza always tastes great!!! Even with some recent price increases it's still top notch pizza for the cost. Thank you for always being our go to when we are in Kent City or Ravenna.

My friend ordered 8 pizzas for her son's rehearsal dinner. They were done when we asked for them. There were none left after everyone was done eating.

Ordered garlic bread today-same price as normal, no notice of change. Received this. They are now cutting up the sub bread and adding butter and garlic to it and calling it garlic bread. We called asking for a refund as this is clearly not garlic bread it’s toast. We were met with no answers, a rude manager, and an owner who only said “economy is bad”. Still no refund. As a long standing customer I expected better…

So I've been eating here off and on for the last 5 years and it's most generally pretty decent food and decently priced food! But I guess since it's 2022 and inflation went up 8% across the board Papa Picones decided to raise Thier prices by 25-30% way too keep up with inflation!!! I'm sure it's gonna make your bank account grow as I for one will now be going elsewhere to eat !! I hope more of your customers follow and y'all struggle to stay in business!! This over hyper inflation is killing working Americans!!!!

Tried buying PTSD shirts from owner, its been 6 months or so and have yet to recieve shirts. Tried discussing the matter in a civil tone, but was disrespectful by not saying I wasnt a real Marine, and tried to downplay my Military service and combat deployments. I would recommend someone that is more understanding of Veterans with PTSD be in charge.

Always so delicious!!! I got the ham and pineapple pizza and just devoured it. It was so so good. They didn't skimp on the cheese either . My sister got their chicken bacon ranch pizza, she liked it, I tried it. Was good, but not as good as the ham and pineapple

Love the pizza! Delicious crust, sauce, cheese, and fresh toppings. They have an awesome lunch buffet, too! Friendly staff and vibe in the whole place. Highly recommend!

Would have to agree with Jack Duran, the taco place across the road is scrumptious. The way they cook the chicken to perfection, and leave it nice and juicy. They make my taste buds dance, its like a party in my mouth.

The last two times i’ve been here i’ve had bad experiences. Last time i asked for pepperoni and sausage and they gave me only cheese. the tonight, i placed an order, they had it when i got there and i had all my money out and everything but i had to wait 20 minutes before they let me pay or anything because they were counting cash drawers. With 3 others in line. it made my food extremely cold and not enjoyable. oh and not to mention, my mozzarella sticks weren’t even cooked all thecway
