Ordered turkey market sandwich meal. Paid for turkey bacon ranch. Didn't tell us they no longer have turkey market sandwich. Asked for o ly meat cheese and onion. Received picture above with two slivers between the half sandwich. Drive through lady was super nice though.

I ended up having a bad experience the other night contacted Arby's two different times and still haven't heard anything back about my situation with the raw burger and hair inside of my burger and my shake which tells me that it was done intentionally because if it was a mistake, it wouldn't be in two of my items... When you try to reach out for a problem and nobody reaches back even when the owner of Arby's says to write in about the complaint...Guess I'll contact health dept now

Be warned, don’t order the new menu item “Hamburger” at Arby’s , when you order they have to pull the frozen burger from the freezer and then fry it, so if you’re not prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes, then don’t waste your time, just order something else or go to McDonald’s.
Ordered beef n cheddar and two buffalo sliders. Asked for extra ruby red sauce. Got Arby’s sauce packets, horsey sauce but no ruby red sauce. Very little sauce on any of the sandwiches maybe a half a teaspoon of ruby red sauce and buffalo chicken had less than that. Not happy

Worst customer service I've ever had. 46 dollars and didn't even get my entire order. Management was of no help, and flat out rude. Never again will I go to this store.
