Food is good. Girl couldn't speak who took our money and handed us our drink. If you don't like your job, find a different one.

This is the worst arbys location I've ever been to. My order is always wrong whether that be im missing items, the food is made wrong (even if I make no alterations), its the oldest/stalest scrap that they just gave to me, or it's simply just not what I asked/paid for at all. I've gotten Buffalo chicken sandwiches with no Buffalo sauce or ranch sauce. I've gotten a completely different sandwich that I didn't order and I dont find out until I'm all the way home.
I've also been in the drive way when an employee got into an argument with a customer and refused to give out anymore food or refunds until the police were called. Luckily the officer made the person give a refund after an hour of sitting there.
I've been pulled forward and just forgotten there. I already go to this place not expecting any kind of service or back and forth with the employees but can I least get the bare minimum, my food. This place needs some type of new management or a new crew because the people there do not care at all.

2 really nice people on the staff when i was here last time, very friendly and helpful asking if the food was good after i finished eating. i forgot to leave this review a few months ago, idk if the staff i dealt with still works here. i should have asked their names back then so i could put it in the review.

930pm 12/11/24 whoever the manager was needs to fr work on their customer service. I forgot to tell them about my coupon ahead of time and he side eyed me n then slammed the window after he said "next time tell me about it back there." In a rude tone. Idk, never was it that serious tbh🤣
Service was horrible. No greet. Just here's your food and get out. Like seriously. Asked for a large combo and barely got any fries. I pay this much money for these little bit of fries.

Visiting from out of town and needed to grab a meal. This location was listed as fastest for delivery, so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered nuggets, crinkle fries, and beef & cheddar.
Nuggets - seemed okay, but none of the sauces I ordered were included. Too dry to eat on their own.
Fries - half full container at best, very stale
Beef & Cheddar - added jalapeños and onions. There was one single ring of raw onion and 2 tiny jalapeños. 50 cent and 30 cent up-charge not worth it.
General - food was overall just disappointing. Biggest thing was absolutely none of the requested sauces were included. I was also given a drink that I didn’t even order. I thought it may have been a mistake on the part of the driver, but the straw was attached to the bag. I’ll refrain from commenting on delivery as the location just hands the food off, but that was also bad. Pick it up yourself if you can, but frankly I wouldn’t bother with this location.
I would have been better off getting a bag of chips from the hotel vending machine.

Doordashed arbys, first order I sat and waited 30 minutes while it said the doordasher was at the arbys. Then it said arbys ran into some issues and had to be relocated to another arbys. Where I then waited another hour and then when it gets here the drink that I ordered still had the doordash seal on it but only HALF FULL, terrible experience all together

Horrible customer service just like the other Arby's in Wyoming, something defiantly going on with BOTH of these places, was treated with no respect what so ever. The second we pulled up to the windows we were greeted with a punk mean mugging us. I don't think he was happy we asked him about the price he gave as It seemed too high so we canceled our cokes because we aren't going to pay 4$ for a coke. We were there waiting at the windows for 10 minutes as we observed what seemed to be the entire crew standing there having a good laugh. When we got our sliders finally the roast beef was warm not hot and it was without a doubt the chicken was microwaved as it was rubbery, that's the last two times I tried to enjoy an Arby's both on 28th st. Similar horrible customer service. Must be owned by the same negligent owner. This sux for me because I usually love Arby's and want to enjoy my experience. I don't trust these two locations to not tamper with food to be honest!
