The night staff at this location sucks. If you go there you wait forever to order cuz the chubby dude with the fro thinks his job is to sit outside and smoke while you sit in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting to order, at 830 in the evening.

Google says your restaurant is supposed to be open til 12am. I ordered online to pick up at 8pm. All the lights were on and the lobby was locked and the drive thru was closed!! No employee in sight!! You still charged my account for an order that I never received!! I reported this location to Arby's corporate! Don't charge people for online orders when you know your restaurant is closed!! I will not be returning to this location. You have lost me as a customer.

Its really difficult to give a decent review about the food here when the service sucks so bad. The place is in no way busy and heaven forbid they get what we ordered out in a decent amount of time. The gentleman in the back cooking or preparing the food is literally on his phone. To make that worse, the manager behind doesn't seem to care. Two meals, a number 1 and a number 2, 20 have gone by and yet we still wait. The sandwiches are currently sitting probably getting cold. Three employees, nobody in the drive-thru, and we wait.

When walking in it looks nice, the food was what you would expect, however the bathrooms were disgusting and the fountain machine was on the fritz. There was dried pee all over the toilets in the womens room and the floor was sticky with urine. My husband used the mens room and also said it was disgusting.

One of the best Arby's I've ever been to. Staff was great and the manager really cared about each and every person's experience as well as positive support for his employees.
Chicken sandwich was a slopped over mess. patty was tiny. 4oz or less. And the chicken itself is chewy and disgusting. Pretty lame for a 20 dollar meal.

Unacceptable this cost me over $2, what kind of portion is this I’ve never got a slider so small!!! I could have gone to McDonalds and got two mcChicken sandwiches for this price. I also had to pull up and wait. Come on I’m just a working man trying to get a quick bite on my break. Asking for management to reach out. No receipt either.

Very quick and efficient food is top notch for Arby's. Great atmosphere and staff. Friendly and forgiving. Would definitely consider as a go to if your in the area looking for a good meal for a lunch break or even if your just passing through. At times there is construction going on around or in there parking lot. But all in all not hard to find a comfortable place to park or to get to the drive through.
