I just left an ate 2 fish sandwiches from this location an oh my was my food hot an fresh i absolutely loved every bite very friendly service I would definitely eat from this location again good job guys keep it up im very impressed.

Even after a long wait, I was missing food. I would understand if it's busy but I was the only one in line at 10:40pm. It should be very easy to not mess up someones order let alone forget a 6-7 dollar sandwich

It’s January 24, 2025 at 9:30pm and when I pulled up to the speaker to place my order I was greeted with “what do you want.” Do better Arby’s and hire more respectful employees. I won’t be back.

The lovely gentlemen that work the evening shift always do a stellar job at making my food, customer service is always amazing and my food always comes out correct! I will drive out of my way just to go to this location for the service! You guys rock!!!

might be the worst fast food stop I've ever made... took about 20 minutes, and there was only one other car in line..staff was super rude, and didn't greet me, apologize, anything.
had to honk my horn about five times just to get napkins and ask for the rest of my order.
I'm here on Saturday December 21st at 2:00 p.m., whoever is working here should be fired.

I came through tonight at approx. 8:15 PM. Even though I was the only customer, it still took quite some time to get my food. No big deal. However, upon leaving and getting home I realized they didn’t give me the fries that I’d paid for with my meal. I tried calling twice. First time, it rang and rang. Second time, someone (female) answered with a goofy voice and sounded stoned. I tried explaining what happened, hoping I could get a free fry the next time I came there. They acted confused and I ended up just hanging up. Great customer service - don’t go here.

I thought I'd give Arby's on Broadmoor one more chance after my last order being incomplete and wrong. However they stayed consistent in their ability to do it wrong yet again!
Cheese I DID NOT order all over my Double Roast Beef! Not a single packet of Arby's sauce regardless the fact I ordered extra packets!
Chicken Strips did not come with a single dipping sauce.
This wasn't some custom crazy order just a bunch of lazy people who do not care and you think anyone would pick up the phone there... no!
Arby's is some of my favorite places and this just makes me want to spit FIRE!

On Friday, November 29, we had a flight come through Grand Rapids and thought we would try to grab a quick bite to eat afterwards. Your sign says you close at midnight. We were there at 11:51. Nobody would answer the drive thru mic. There were two employees that sat inside the restaurant and stared at us through the window when we pulled up to look in.
If you want to close early, just close and leave. But don’t sit there and look at us when your hours are showing Open and we are hungry. ☹️

There is no doubt that when I come to this Arby’s something is wrong.
They told me they don’t have change for a 50, my order was about $20. You don’t have $30 in there? They forgot my fries in the drive through, went in to get them and they gave me so much attitude about it. Argued with me that they did put fries in the kids meal. I agreed; but showed her I ordered another small fry. She stared at the receipt for a while then finally said OK and got them for me. I hate it here.
Their fryers were down last time.

40 full minutes before they close we wanted a sandwich and someone was still inside and working…and they wouldn’t answer. They saw us in the drive way (because door was locked) and did not acknowledge. We waited and were patient. No answer… very poor service. We went here because they WERE open. Unacceptable.
