I’ve tried to give this location a few chances and everytime I come it’s horrible. The staff is VERY RUDE! I just went through drive thru and ordered 1 mozzarella stick, 2 nuggets, 1 jalapeño bite, and a fry. I asked for the mozzarella sticks to be dropped fresh and the guy completely ignored me. I said “sir?” And he responded “I heard you ma’am!” So if you heard me respond! Then once I realized how nasty his attitude was I asked for our card back he rolled his eyes and said “Lord have mercy!” I’m not sure why every staff has an attitude at this location but it’s ridiculous!

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket burger and there was 2 small pieces of brisket and a single onion ring with enough sauce to soak the buns. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Arby's ever. Edit: took a bite of the sandwich and the brisket was solid, like they threw it on the grill and left it there for an hour until I ordered my burger.

It took 10 minutes to order it was not a long line. I waited 2 minutes at the speaker before anyone even addressed me I ordered 1 sandwich had to pull forward wasn't chicken or anything special

I only gave 2 stars because the food was at least good even though it was given to me 10 minutes past the time on our online order which we put in a half hour before going. Employees were cussing each other out, using the N word against each other while arguing... this used to be a great place when the old manager ran it but now it is almost scary to go in there... my co worker got overdone fish and poppers... probably would never go back!

Poorly managed location. Extremely slow drive thru, management either understaffs or people call off because maybe 1 or 2 work and a huge drive thru. Whatever you do, DO NOT order delivery/doordash or any others here. You will wait a very long time.

Food is amazing every time, but the staff is horrible EVERY time we go here! They sound annoyed, irritated and don't even try to pretend they have customer service skills. I would blow money here if they would hire people that acted like they need a job!

Waited 20 minutes after I paid to get my order and they screwed the order up. They made no attempt to make it right. Not even a coupon. They also didn't plow or salt the parking lot or sidewalks.
