Waited in line for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in line. I understand being overwhelmed but this service was quite literally a joke.
Suppose to be convenient with a drive through and felt like sit down service with each car taking over 10+ minutes.
I walked into this location and ordered three strawberry lemonade with Boba for my children, when I proceeded to pay with a $50 bill I was informed that they don’t accept $50 bills , Leaving me with no way to pay for my children’s drinks. If you accept cash, you should accept it in all forms.

This is my go to location and the staff are usually always friendly but they are SLOW, today I ordered one drink and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Would say the only improvement needed is to be a bit faster. Funny enough, I work at Starbucks but choose Biggby on my day’s off and the long wait times would never be acceptable at Starbucks.
