Service wasnt bad. But coffee was absolutely awful. I ordered a frozen butter bear. No flavor at all. Tasted like straight coffee. Do better.

Waited in line for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in line. I understand being overwhelmed but this service was quite literally a joke.
Suppose to be convenient with a drive through and felt like sit down service with each car taking over 10+ minutes.

I walked into this location and ordered three strawberry lemonade with Boba for my children, when I proceeded to pay with a $50 bill I was informed that they don’t accept $50 bills , Leaving me with no way to pay for my children’s drinks. If you accept cash, you should accept it in all forms.
This is my go-to location. The service here is wonderful. All the ladies are very pleasant. I order mostly one drink and it's delicious every time.

This is my go to location and the staff are usually always friendly but they are SLOW, today I ordered one drink and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Would say the only improvement needed is to be a bit faster. Funny enough, I work at Starbucks but choose Biggby on my day’s off and the long wait times would never be acceptable at Starbucks.
