I want to start off by saying my wife is a general manager for a massive coffee chain coming upon 9 years. So i know alot about coffee and shop standards. I went to this location to try something new, it was on a 10-27-24, sunday @ 8:00 AM. Looking forward to a nice, hot, refreshing, cup of coffee. Its how i start my day like everyone else! I walked in and was greeted by a silent shop, no background music which felt really off. And upon walking up to the counter, the ground was as littered with leaves, trash and other things. Meaning the night shift crew did not by any means clean up for the next days shift. It was 8 am so they pretty much just opened theres no possible way the trash and stuff was from the day i went. And it seemed like the girls would rather gossip with eachother, than clean the super dirty floor. AND THEN i finally get my coffee and it was barely warm!! Not hot, not warm, but room temperature. Needless to say i was sad and disappointed. Because i had never had Biggby & ive heard only great things about them. If i could speak with the leader of that store i would say, they need a LEADER! On each shift…. Someone who is never going to settle for the bare minimum. It just seemed like a not so go getting type of crew. I hate to leave a not so good review, and i understand not everything is going to be how i like it, but this was a wierd way to start my day. and i wish the best for you guys!!

I’m giving this location a 3 star because I love Biggby, but this location is terribly slow! there was only two people in line and I seriously had to wait 10 minutes for one coffee. The other person was behind me.

Everyone of their morning staff baristas is so sweet! I feel like a VIP everytime I come in. They know my order and are always so nice.

The service was well enough, for a crew of individuals who obviously have either little training or experience. Perhaps both.

The “background” music was excessively loud making it difficult to communicate with the cashier.

My drink tasted like spoiled milk mixed with artificial sweeteners. Three sips in it landed in the trash can.

Overall, not a quality representation of the franchise.

I tried placing a ticket to get this resolved with the location, but I have not received a response or a refund:

I stopped at this location and I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Biggby. I ordered ahead for pickup and when I stopped in, no one said anything to me. I proceeded to the pick up area where my order was the only one waiting. The barista in the back said I needed to stop at the register to verify it was my order. I said it was my order, I had ordered ahead and my name is Hannah and she said "Okay well we still need to verify it's yours, so stop at the register." It made me feel like she thought I was stealing something I had paid ahead of time for. Also this store is very inconsistent. The last time I went there, I was told I did not need to stop at the register to pick up my order. I kind of felt like I was discriminated against.

I did not appreciate this treatment and if this is the case with online orders, I will take my business elsewhere.

The least you could do is put up a sign telling people to stop at the register for online pickups instead of being rude and acting like someone is stealing.

Not great customer service. Not a great experience. Ruined my day.

Every time I stop at this location, it is a wait. It does not matter if there is nobody else there or if I place the order online. Today I went and gave myself 20 mins to wait in line to receive my order. I waited 35 mins for one latte and a bragel. When I got to the window it took a minute for the person to open the window and take my payment. My coffee was sitting there waiting. They handed me my drink and said it would be a second for my bragel. I sat for another 5 mins waiting on ONE bragel. The latte tasted like burnt milk; I couldn't finish it. The bread for the bragel was warm but the cheese and meat were not hot... so what took so long on my order? I am done with this location and will ALWAYS visit the 54th location. Their staff is on their game. This one needs major attention to customer service and how to move customers through.

Came to this Biggby Saturday July 13, 2024 for my sons wedding. Two girls working, Angelina and Danny. Wonderful service, fast, freindly. They were working so hard, and so kind. They did a great job for line inside and out. Thank you ladies, you did an excellent job and everyone loved their drinks. You made the wedding party soooooo happy. Tha kful for yiur staff today. They were pretty busy in drive thru. However, patience won us the opportunity to recieve scrumptious drinks. I'm sorry those behind us were impatient and started honking. You ladies were working super hard and wanted to say a special thank you despite the stress of the morning.
