After being asked to pull forward and waiting literally 19 minutes, I was yelled at for blocking the lane. I then had to go back through to get my order, which took another 12 minutes. i received nothing in apology and was given 30+ minute old cold food. I drove out of my way to try to support a local owner because the location near me is closed but the sign pleads with patrons to visit this location. Won't be back, what a joke.

apparently shrinkation is now at BK.. ordered a large onion ring got the large container but waz less than half full so apparently u get a small size quantity but in the large sized container no wonder all the BK's r closing I'm sure you'll b closed soon too but even if u stay open i will no longer b a BK patron

Since the unfortunate closing of the 68th Street near 131 Burger King closed, I was rerouted to this Burger King on Eastern. I have not been to this restaurant in a long time. I ordered online and as I went up to the window to pick up my food order, I had like a little fanfare with my name being sung in a melodic way as the gal was presenting my food. That gave me a chuckle and a little sense of some fun!! Besides that, the food was great!! Everything I ordered was there and I totally, recommend this restaurant!!!

I live on 52nd and Kalamazoo, not far from your store at all. By time I got home to eat the food was ice cold. I called and the manager stated she knows for a fact the food was fresh and hot. Way to go calling your customer a liar. I threw your nasty food away and will never visit your store again. $20 some dollars for nasty cold food and poor customer service! I will be contacting corporate to discuss the way you spoke to me lady!

Purchased a whopper jr and it was ready pretty fast and hot. Only complaint is that is was kind of sloppy with mayonnaise on the sides and top of bun. I was pretty surprised on the quickness. I went through drive thru.
Unfortunately, wasn't able to pick up anything, arrived at 7, when they open at 6:30 on Sunday, no lights on, and a worker waiting inside. Waited a good few minutes before we eventually left.

We were asked to wait at the pay window Which seemed odd but they want to improve there drive thru time, only to receive cold fries and burgers. In addition the fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Service was extremely rude. Do not recomend.
