Y’all didn’t give me my chicken fries when I ordered them. And the clerk lady, asked 4 times if I was sure that I wanted them. But clearly didn’t pay attention when she charged me just a whopper jr. thanks for ruining my day

10 outta 10 I don't recommend! I ordered water and It was dirty! It is not filter! Order breakfast the bacon egg and cheese hella mushy!! Ugh. My husband just came in from a 12-hour shift I have been home with the kids all night and was in need of fuel and this is what I got??‍♀️ these are two different experiences.

Food was warm at best mozzarella stick were like an hour or two old and cold. Furthermore the whopper jrs warm at best. The only thing I got that wasn’t actually too bad was the sprite.

I wouldn’t recommend Burger King to my worst enemy . I placed an order online with the Burger King app never got a confirmation never got a receipt instead I got some foreigner coming to my door that doesn’t speak English to tell me that the store was closed and he doesn’t have my food. I emailed Burger King to tell him my situation and of course they claim they’re not responsible and won’t do anything for me surprise surprise it won’t be long before this business closest down !

Let me just start with I had a Mobile order, so they literally get the instructions to make my food off the bat, checked my bags before pulling away awesome well maybe not the 8 pc mozzarella stick that I ordered wasn’t in there. Sat in line for another 15-20 minutes. Great now I have hot mozzarella sticks and cold food. Got home with it and my special instructions to NOT add mayo was ignored on both sandwiches. Plus I didn’t appreciate the attitude on the mic after stating they forgot my mozzarella sticks.

Me and someone I’ve known for over 4 years decided to stop in after church. Through his entire order, the person taking it showed nothing but attitude and disrespect being unable to understand what it was my friend was saying due to cognitive and developmental issues.When it came time for my order, I specifically asked for no tomato, and as we ordered inside, I could see all of what they were putting on my burgers-including tomato.I asked for the meal to be remade, and after wandering into the kitchen- I was given the same bag, with the same sandwiches.Burger King- better verse your employees with how to work with people who may have speech impediments or at least have someone working the counter who has enough patience for instances like this that may come their way.Also? If a customer politely lets you know you’ve made a mistake, that is then your moment to fix it, Not gaslight them by saying there were never any tomatoes ? So happy to be scratching this location off the list of food stops.

I love going here for some food it’s great service and great team work I came in on a busy hour and everyone was nice and took orders and gave the right food out and when it came to make they made sure to let me take my Time and make sure my food was hot and fresh and after that experience I will most definitely come back. I stop every morning thru the week. I always get fast service my order is always right and the team are the most nicest people ever. They go the extra distance to make sure you have a great experience. I never right reviews unless you do something that stands out to me. Yesterday was a special morning going through the drive thru. As soon as I pulled up the manager called me by name and told me to drive up my order was ready. I did and she handed me my food and was smiling as always. When I got to my office and was having my morning meeting with my staff I turned and looked the bag caught my eye. She had took the time to right my name on the outside of the bag with a happy face. OMG! I showed all my staff in the meeting that she wrote my name with a happy face. I said that was so nice it made my day. Sometimes the littlest things will brighten someone days. The morning manager is wonderful and I thank its her assistant. I think she drives a white suv she is wonderful also. Thank You Ladies Great Job!
