I expect only 3 things from a fast food restaurant: quality food preparation, competent service, and clean food service areas. Today 3/21/26 this S. Broadmor location was on point! No, it wasn't busy, but the person at the counter managed a smile (on a weekend too), fulfilled drink order immediately, and brought out food cook correctly. I especially appreciate those who work on a weekend and bring a positive attitude to their job that makes my weekend better. Thank you to all! Oh! My BIG FISH sandwich was as good as anything I've had in a long while!

It's been a couple years since I've had a Whopper, but I wanted to try one again after seeing online that they've improved it. The drive through service was quick and the burger was hot. I haven't had enough Whoppers lately to know if I got the improved version, but it was still a delicious burger!

I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Amber at Burger King at 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE in Kentwood, MI 49512,Her customer service attitude was extremely poor and even insulting. She accused us of trying to cheat by using coupons, which was completely untrue. When we asked her to check the security camera to prove our honesty, she refused and continued to speak to us in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner, as if she was making unfair assumptions about us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope Burger King takes this seriously.
I was very surprised at the phenomenal service and quality food I was served at Burger King! I was greeted with a smile, the young man taking my order was very polite, and my food was nice and hot when they gave me my order. Best fast food service I’ve had in a while!
