The girl who took our order was absolutely amazing. So nice, helpful and seemed to possibly shift manager? She was flawless behind thr counter. I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a shoutout!
I placed a pickup order at 11:54 PM and drove 8 miles to the store to collect it. When I arrived, the employee claimed she couldn’t find my order in their system and insisted I was at the wrong location. I asked her to check the order details on my phone, and after 10 minutes of convincing, she finally agreed to look into it, only to realize that I was indeed at the correct store. It turned out she had forgotten to confirm my order. Not only was she rude throughout the entire interaction, but now I’m left covering the cost of my gas for an unnecessary drive. Who will compensate me for that? And you don’t even have proper support service.

Order was not complete it seems every time you ask for sauce packets they never are included as well as no napkins in the bag. When I went in to question the order the employees were yelling & cursing at each other! ?

Julie is the main reason I go back. She is one of the nicest people. She's got personality to spare, which is good since most everyone else don't have any. I mean I understand that not every one likes their job but it doesn't make the customers leave with a positive experience when they can hear irritation in your voice.
Had the worst service ever on Monday, had to wait in drive thru for over 30 mins. When there was only 1 people ahead of me. Then they tried to over charge me by $5.00. Also forgot to give me my large fries. Then on top of that they were cold. I do not recommend this location. Never offered an apology for any of it.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. My co-worker and I stopped by and ate inside to relax in the AC. 6 people in front of us. Line moved quickly and Donte was very kind. Food tasted good. Classic chicken sandwich add bacon plus Med. Fry and drink. $12 and filled me up. Overall 4 our of 5 stars.
If you come here! Know you going to wait a good 15 min just for a basic meal.. it’s always take long time there. Workers looks like they have no idea what they doing. Been here maybe 20 times always the same!
