I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Amber at Burger King at 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE in Kentwood, MI 49512,Her customer service attitude was extremely poor and even insulting. She accused us of trying to cheat by using coupons, which was completely untrue. When we asked her to check the security camera to prove our honesty, she refused and continued to speak to us in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner, as if she was making unfair assumptions about us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope Burger King takes this seriously.

I was very surprised at the phenomenal service and quality food I was served at Burger King! I was greeted with a smile, the young man taking my order was very polite, and my food was nice and hot when they gave me my order. Best fast food service I’ve had in a while!

The girl who took our order was absolutely amazing. So nice, helpful and seemed to possibly shift manager? She was flawless behind thr counter. I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a shoutout!
I placed a pickup order at 11:54 PM and drove 8 miles to the store to collect it. When I arrived, the employee claimed she couldn’t find my order in their system and insisted I was at the wrong location. I asked her to check the order details on my phone, and after 10 minutes of convincing, she finally agreed to look into it, only to realize that I was indeed at the correct store. It turned out she had forgotten to confirm my order. Not only was she rude throughout the entire interaction, but now I’m left covering the cost of my gas for an unnecessary drive. Who will compensate me for that? And you don’t even have proper support service.
