The first time that I’ve been to a restaurant that served me a cold burger with a cold hard stale bun. The fries were cold as well. My Coke icy tasted like it had been significantly watered down. There was no other customers in line or present at all. I suspect that my food had been sitting either in a refrigerator or simply on a table for who knows how long. Definitely not cooked fresh.

Horribly disrespectful workers there. One worker took my card and payment, and another person gave me my food and neither person said one word or even looked at me. It seems that they hire trashy disrespectful people and enable them to be so by not teaching them to be respectful to people.

Since the closure of several BK locations in the area this one has really improved. The food is fresher, they are getting the order right, and the staff is more engaged with the public.
I love the open kitchen so I can see my sandwiches being made in front of me.
I would still prefer to have a burger hot off the griller rather than steamed but we can work toward that.

Placed a mobile order on 12/16 for 7pm. Was told to go to the 2nd window. Without even greeting me, she just opens the window and tries handing food to me that wasn’t even mine. She sighed annoyed. Then took ten minutes to find my order and make it. When she starts handing me my drink carrier, I try to put it down while she’s holding a bag out to me saying “are you going to grab it” while I’m still trying to put down my drinks. She was very rude and it was a horrible experience. Things were still forgotten like my sons Apple juice and straws and ranch/napkins. I had to drive through the drive thru again, same girl, no apology, just hands what I was missing and shuts the window. On top of that, our food was gross and cold. It was the worse experience I’ve had at a Burger King.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they weren’t cooked at all. Like at all. I bit into it & it’s hard. Also the guy up front didn’t know how to do half card half cash so the drawer will be over at end of the night. He’s nice , but my food got messed up.

I ordered the number nine chicken sandwich. I woke up the next morning, feeling ill By 8 AM I was vomiting and had all of the signs of food poisoning I realize I ate during lunch, rush and figured I would’ve got fresh food vs Raw food. I knew the chicken sandwich tasted terrible. I just never eat a Burger King and now I know I’ll never eat at Burger King again That explains why they keep closing

Was in there today to order the 2 for $5 Whopper Jrs, they were extremely small and not much if any bigger than a McDonalds Hamberger, extremely disappointed and won't be back. Better deals can be held elsewhere where the greedy corporate owners don't try to dupe you with shrinkflation and a smaller size.
