I'm normally pretty forgiving when it comes to restaurants having worked in one for so many years but after not having my phone call answered 2 times and paying over $20+ for my food and still leaving hungry I have to say I have never felt more disrespected as a customer it was like I wasint wanted

Everything about this place was amazing!!! The food was awesome and the service is always spectacular!! We have eaten there 5 times and have been very happy with the cost the quality and the quantity of the food. We wish you were closer to us.

Did an online order direct through their site. Arrived at the time provided on the confirmation. Only orders in pickup area were catering. 5 other people standing by the catering orders. Waited 15 minutes and no other takeout orders were made. At least 8 people for dine-in were served. There was no communication from front of house. The grill actually stopped everyone at one point and laid out what they needed to do - kudos to that guy. Front of house looked like chaos and I finally asked where my order was. A lady in the middle of the front counter yelled that she was getting it ready. 20 minutes past my pickup time and I was getting ready to walk out. My husband texted that the food was brought out to the car. WTH - they knew I was standing right there as I had checked on my order… Their food was good, but this poor excuse for the FOH experience will keep us away.
