Very disappointed. Waiter charged us two times for my meal and wouldn’t fix it. Lots of staff on the food area were disrespectful to our party. Not accommodating at all. The workers in the game area were very helpful and kind though. Spent way to much money , not a good time for us

When I walked in, the restaraunt staff greeted me very nicely, but the lady working the front desk looked at me like she was confused why I was there, she was no help at all I’m lucky I had been there before and knew how it all worked! She seemed to be a manager too, no name tag and dressed nicely, watching tik toks while she worked too. The service was awful and my friends dealt with her being short with them also. But other than that it was a decent time, they don’t seem to maintain their games very well as many were broken or dysfunctional, they might be upset at how busy raisin canes is?

Too many kids,I thought this was supposed to be more of an adult game room. Food and service was great. We had the philly and the steak they were both more than enough and phenomenal steak and potatoes were cooked to perfection.

It's a good Dave & Buster's! Clean, fun, majority of the games are working and in excellent condition. They switch them out here and there for new games. The food is good quality and service very friendly and helpful. We go to this place when we are looking for something to do on a Wednesday and ready to spend a little money on some fun!

When I tell you I am so mad !! First off we ordered a kids fish and shrimp and we got a burger ???? Then we got a fish and shrimp combo and I got no shrimp ! Then they won’t answer the phone I called for 20 minutes at 10:20pm no answers this is ridiculous I will not be back! Don’t get to go!! Make sure you look at your food

We went late and enjoyed the $10 for 10 wings, they were made amazing and even with limited staff, we were taken care of in a positive way. We enjoyed alcohol beverages, although I wish we could've had more the one I had was made well and strong. There's a wide variety of games that I enjoyed and a wide variety of prizes to match. I personally enjoyed the axe throwing game. It wasn't the cheapest experience but they had a bunch of good deals going, it definitely would be worth it for a night out with friends! They also have large TVs are their bar area for those that enjoy watching games over playing them. We will definitely be back soon, we've still got plenty of points left.

Birthday celebration with the grands. So much fun sharing these games and tie with them. Great pace for a special evening.
I went in initially to get lunch and redeem a free app coupon was never given a table and had to eat on a bench. Games were fine and fun. So many options. Trying to redeem tickets was a nightmare but I remained patient. Very clean and kids were not obnoxious would go again
