I used to have a 5 star review for this location. Now it’s 1. Honestly horrible experience. The new manager Sam is horrendous at his job, has poor communication skills and has no problem solving skills.
I ordered a pizza for delivery. I used my free pizza coupon from getting enough points because I order dominos frequently. And then 30 minutes later my order got cancelled. I called and asked why and he said it is because they ran out of the cheese I asked for. 20 minutes later I got a call from him telling me he has to charge me again, I told him I used my points and he then hung up and then a delivery guy came saying I have to pay them and told me he won’t get paid unless I tip him as well. I went inside, opened my pizza up and he made the COMPLETELY wrong pizza than I ordered online. Different sauce, had NONE of the toppings I ordered and then I called and all he had to say was sorry. Wasted lots of my time, money and dominos points. Highly disappointed. I hope Dominos can make up for my experience.

The last pizza I ordered came back up an hour or two later in much the same condition. Perhaps the Ham was expired? That was supposed to be my 6th pizza towards my 7th free but, that was my LAST Dominos Pizza.

I ordered 1 pizza and breadsticks at 6p and actually got my food at 8:15p. I called to ask where the food was at 715, and was told they are backed up and it was in the oven at that time but still took another hour to be delivered. I asked if they would give me something to make up for it being over an hour late and was told Nope were behind nothing we can do about it. Then once we got the pizza it was so dry it looked and tasted like it had no sauce or cheese. If it’s going to take over 2 hours for a pizza they should just stop taking deliveries at that point or offer your customers something for the inconvenience. Made me never want to spend money there again.

I always have the best interactions with the staff here, both for delivery and in store. The team has politely opened the door for me, drivers that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for cheap chain pizza :)
Pizza is touch and go not sure if it's going to be good or not every time I go there I'm disappointed! And I never can finish the horrible food that they put out!

The pizza domino’s was rude and told me it was closed but on the domino’s wall it says that it closes at 10 not 9.
