The wait time said 20 minutes when we ordered online and we waited. Then we got there and they haven't even started the order yet. So we had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get our pizza. We literally had 2 pizzas and a sub. Not that hard, guys.

I made a mobile order, everytime I do I know they never have the option to change sauces even though they offer different sauces on pizza. Tonight I made an online order and after pressing the order button I called in the same minute. For context I’ve done this dozens of times. An employee answers immediately and for the first time ever informs me the pizza is done (impossible). Even if it had been started I’ve never had an issue with this in the past. Either they should make the exception or offer the changes in sauce on the app. Place isn’t worthy of being the go to spot in Kentwood any longer. The staff has gone down hill.

Parking: It is in a "strip mall". You can access from Eastern but that left turn can be tricky if you don't go down further so I usually turn RIGHT into the general lot from 52nd St and then a quick RIGHT again and the shop will be on your right. The new gas station (Kum & Go) does NOT connect, last I knew to the stip mall lot, last I knew. Plenty of parking at the Hungry Howies location, rarely busy because they have great service and keep the line moving so to speak.
