The young man at the counter was trying his best but he had a new person at the grill who wasn't trained very well. Orders were mixed up and it was very unorganized. I felt terrible for the young man who needed more training. Everytime I have been there it has been like that.

Walking in the store, it seems that the person that was cooking was upset about her job proformance,has I place my order I didn't want the hot jalapeño, but the banana peppers, "What I got was not the correct sandwich, this has happen with different employees. Maybe it's not their fault, maybe they were not trained right, who knows! I would go there more often, but this is why iam very disappointed in your staff.

Ran out of bacon, and white bread at 7 oclock on a friday, my wife ordered an hour ahead of time. Showed up with order not ready because they just were wondering if she still wanted order without bacon? Wth? Somethings up with management / prep. Employees outstanding and feeling horrible….

Easily the worst jersey mikes I have been to. Ordered a sandwich for pick up at 5:15. Get there at 5:15 and let them know I was here for a pick up with only one other customer inside and no sandwich, and 4 workers standing around talking doing nothing. Says they will start the sandwich, then continues their conversation and not start the sandwich. I walked up and stood at the register and only then did they start the sandwich and I am still the only one inside at this point. Every time I come here they act like I am interrupting them to make my sandwich.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered the sub in a tub which is pretty much a sub in a bowl without the bread. I need less carbs in my life.

6/5 for the comeback this location has made. Today was the BEST Jersey Mikes I’ve had in many years. The ingredient proportions were almost magical. 2 yrs ago, I’d be the only customer in the store and it’d take close to 10 minutes to get out the door?! the sandwich would have bacon crumbles instead of long pieces, and staff was not always welcoming or engaged. This is NO LONGER the case. You should stop in to try their sandwich if you previously had problems. I can relate to many of the past reviews, but I don’t think those faults are present now. Props to the manager who has been working to rally this location for 2 yrs!!

Received a messed up order. 1) ordered cookie and wasn't in bag. 2) one sub in a bowl asked for no mayo and there was mayo. 3) one sub asked for mayo and there was none.
Very frustrating that this branch didn't take the time to read the customers actual online order.
