Food is great, service is NOT.

I stood in the store for well over five minutes as the only person in line, waiting to place my order or at least be acknowledged by the staff. Nothing. One team member went so far as to walk all the way around me to get to a bag of chips so she wouldn’t have to acknowledge me by saying ‘Excuse me.’

Only after they completed all their online orders and cleaned up after themselves did I get asked what I wanted, without even so much as a hello. It really felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by having the audacity to be a customer.

After I completed my purchase, I decided I’d like to buy a drink after all, but no me ever asked if they could help me as I continued to stand at the register, soda in hand. I ended up putting it back and leaving with only my original order. This isn’t the first time the service has been bad - in fact, it’s pretty standard operating procedure at this store. It’s a shame the service is so terrible, because the food and location are quite good.

Honestly the food here is a 5 for me but the speed of service is really bad. It’s like they need to have at least one extra person working every time I come in. If you order a hot sub, good luck. You’ll wait 25+ minutes to get it even if you order ahead online (happened to me multiple times). It’s a shame because the food is good, but the service is extremely slow compared to any other sandwich place in town. Also it’s clear that some of the workers don’t want to be there at all.

Ordered on the app about one hour before closing. Got there 15mins later and sandwiches hadn't been started. Waited a good 5mins before even being acknowledged. It appeared one gal was doing 99% of the work and some younger tall kid was doing pretty much nothing besides hiding in the back or pushing crumbs off a table. I had ordered a sub that I thought was hot. It wasn't, so I asked if it could be heated. Nope, she said it wasn't able to he warmed up. We waited and more customers kept coming in. She couldn't keep up, so she locked the front doors about 20mins before closing. (She was nice but obviously overwhelmed and under-helped.) We left with 10mins left until closing and underwhelmed with the whole experience. Since we were just passing thru and don't live locally, we probably will choose a different dinner option next time. We like Jersey Mike's, but this location needs some owner intervention.

Literally some of the best staff around, always making me crack up! Thanks for having me in and man the Italian stallion sub as I call it was fire! Enjoy that home cooked roast too!

My order was wrong, and when I asked for pickles, they only put 3 on out of my full sub

Sadly, the last 2 mobile orders I've made, I've gone to pickup only to be told they are out of gluten-free bread. That is what drew me here to begin with, so it is very frustrating. They also can't cancel the order, they have to wait until a manager is in the next day. I'm assuming they aren't thawing enough frozen gluten-free bread, which is disheartening and makes me want to avoid coming here at all. This also should be removed from the app when unavailable.

Stopped by for lunch. There were 3 customers and 10 employees working. The wait time was unacceptable. I waited 15min for food. Didn’t have time to eat lunch.

Last time I got a hot sub here it was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. It’s like the guy had never made it before…meat drown in condiments…completely inedible. I didn’t plan on coming back after that but recently decided to place an online order ahead of time. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order to find they still hadn’t started my order. When I asked them about it they said they “just got it”. Then I waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong sandwich. The GM here is terrible

This was my second time coming because my first visit Great! I order a chicken cheese steak again..A whole different taste. No lettuce or tomato.Didnt ask either I didn't taste the chipolte mayo either. Plus the cook and server were arguing.To top it off they didn't twice their utensils off contaminating with Ham (No Pork on my fork) with other meats. I will be going to another location if I decide to eat at Jerseys Mike's again...very disappointed with my 2nd visit at this location. They need better training on customer service and cleaning

Love Jersey Mike's BUT do not recommend going to this location. I placed an order on the app for online pickup, arrived after the designated pickup time and then waited in the store for at least 30 minutes, giving my name multiple times and told it will be ready in 5minutes everytime we asked. Finally I just got in line and repeated what my order was, another worker was trying to argue with me about waiting at the counter for mobile pickup when i was waiting for a long time alredy. The employees seem to have no organization or drive to assist customers at this location.
