The subs have always been good, but lately the service has been terrible. I always order online and show up 15 minutes later for pickup (as directed), however, my sub is almost never ready. Today, I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to make my ONE sandwich while I watched multiple people make it through the entire line. This has happened multiple times, unfortunately. The workers are super slow, and could really care less. Let me know when management changes.

I placed an order for delivery, it was over a half hour late and the order was wrong. I called the store 6 times to try and get it corrected, no one answered. I am out money since I ordered a giant and got a regular. I will not be going to jersey Mike's again they had a chance to correct it and made no effort.
Great atmosphere and service! Sandwich was pretty good as well! I’d come again.

Slowest service I’ve ever received. I placed a mobile order for 1 sandwich, arrived to the store 15 minutes later, and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes in the dining room for my sandwich while the employees served multiple walk-ins first. They asked me multiple times what the name for my order was, so they knew when it was placed and what the order was. Just frustrating to watch them prioritize others while I sat and waited for so long. Disappointed with the service at this particular location; I’ve noticed similar issues at this restaurant in the past while experiencing great service at every other Jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Might be something for management to look at.

I put in an order under the name “Brent Nudo” today. The workers who made my order were so careless and my order was a mess. The sandwich was very messed up. The sandwich looked like an explosion and the bread was crushed. Looked like they used their scraps for my sandwich. I’ve never had such a poor experience and hope you can do something about this.

Store manager too busy yapping to make food. 3 employees and not one doing anything. Took 15 minutes to make 1 sub and it was the only one being made. Absolutely pathetic.

They completely messed up the order, we were overcharged, and the sandwiches were wet and soggy. The two employees didn’t care about any of it. We’ve tried Jersey Mike’s twice and both times were a disappointment. Won’t be back.

Ordered a bowl online for the first time(trying to be healthier!) came in store, my order wasn’t ready. Cool I’ll wait, people walk in and walk right back out with no food, and pick up orders are being picked up. Slow employee tells me it’s going to be 5 additional minutes for my order. No worries. Only to find out 8 minutes later THEY HAVE NO LETTUCE!!! GTFOH, dude I ordered a bowl—that means no bread—more lettuce no bread! BUT THEY HAD NO LETTUCE AND LET ME WAIT 10 minutes to tell me. Someone needs to get these dudes a Red Bull, an adderall—something bc they have 0 sense of urgency. It’s sad that this place is like this, especially with how much $$$ they lost out on in the 15 minutes total I was at their store. I won’t be back, and will be speaking to a manager. Wow, just wow! 🤯

I stood in the store for well over five minutes as the only person in line, waiting to place my order or at least be acknowledged by the staff. Nothing. One team member went so far as to walk all the way around me to get to a bag of chips so she wouldn’t have to acknowledge me by saying ‘Excuse me.’
Only after they completed all their online orders and cleaned up after themselves did I get asked what I wanted, without even so much as a hello. It really felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by having the audacity to be a customer.
After I completed my purchase, I decided I’d like to buy a drink after all, but no me ever asked if they could help me as I continued to stand at the register, soda in hand. I ended up putting it back and leaving with only my original order. This isn’t the first time the service has been bad - in fact, it’s pretty standard operating procedure at this store. It’s a shame the service is so terrible, because the food and location are quite good.

Honestly the food here is a 5 for me but the speed of service is really bad. It’s like they need to have at least one extra person working every time I come in. If you order a hot sub, good luck. You’ll wait 25+ minutes to get it even if you order ahead online (happened to me multiple times). It’s a shame because the food is good, but the service is extremely slow compared to any other sandwich place in town. Also it’s clear that some of the workers don’t want to be there at all.
Ant rate the food or service since they were OUT of tuna for second time in a 6 week period! WHO does their ordering 🤦♀️
