Ordered on the app about one hour before closing. Got there 15mins later and sandwiches hadn't been started. Waited a good 5mins before even being acknowledged. It appeared one gal was doing 99% of the work and some younger tall kid was doing pretty much nothing besides hiding in the back or pushing crumbs off a table. I had ordered a sub that I thought was hot. It wasn't, so I asked if it could be heated. Nope, she said it wasn't able to he warmed up. We waited...

Literally some of the best staff around, always making me crack up! Thanks for having me in and man the Italian stallion sub as I call it was fire! Enjoy that home cooked roast too!

The young man at the counter was trying his best but he had a new person at the grill who wasn't trained very well. Orders were mixed up and it was very unorganized. I felt terrible for the young man who needed more training. Everytime I have been there it has been like that.
