We have ordered from this Jets for the last 10 years and they have never gotten our order wrong. We often make small changes (add this topping, leave this one off) and add extra ranch or other sauces to our order. They get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is running this Jet’s store is doing a fabulous job and has A+ employees.

Good luck if you get the wrong order (You probably will) Managers and employees across the board will do absolutely nothing to help! Trash management, wrong food (and cold), sad to see a Michigan originated company function so poorly. Should have just stuck with Little Caesars or Hungry Howies, or Buddies. Didn't think it would be this hard to get a meat lovers and a pepperoni pizza. Took 2 other people from the CORPORATE office to get on the phone, everyone still hungry.

“I had a very disappointing experience at Jet’s Pizza. The pizza we received had a hair in it, which was completely unacceptable, and the chicken was burnt and inedible.
To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.”

Ordered ahead on the website for a specific time. I sat in the waiting area for over 20 minutes because they didn’t know what happened to my order. I wasn’t comped anything and they were less than apologetic. I will never be giving this location my business again.

Lifetime Jet’s fan. I just moved to Kentwood, this was the first deep dish pizza I ordered since being here. It was one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work!

They allow their male employees to hit women, they have the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. There is a nice black man that acts like the perfect gentleman who needs a raise. Their delivery driver uses profanity and coughs in her hand while on the kitchen floor. But I’m still stuck on male employees assaulting and stealing paying female customers money. No manger on duty but the employees will lie and say they are all the manger. I can’t get passed the part of male hitting a women for no reason at all. They honestly deserve zero stars.
