Just stopped in for lunch. There was one person in line before me. The kid at the counter, Brandon (according to the receipt), seemed very inconvenienced that he had to help anyone at all let alone have them ask for light mayo. Within 45 seconds of arriving I felt unwelcome and as if me being hungry was the worst thing that ever happened in this kids life. Long story short someone needs to hug Brandon.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. TLDR; over 1 hour since I ordered & still no food. I’ve ordered a handful of times over the last few months & it’s been terrible every time. It has been a while, so I ordered again thinking maybe things have improved. Currently 1 hour and counting since I placed an order for delivery. I called 35min in & was told “it’s leaving here in a minute.” 10 minutes later the app showed “out for delivery” And when you order on the app, it always says “this location may be experiencing delays due to weather.” There’s no bad weather. Over an hour after I ordered today, I got a text saying Uber will be delivering my food. Estimated arrival? 1.5 hours after placing the order. 1hr 15min in: Uber canceled my delivery& the store says it’ll be another 10-20 minutes. It’s a Monday evening, so time of day/week is unlikely to be a factor here. Corporate needs to step in and address this. It’s incredibly off brand and the opposite of “freaky fast.” What a joke.

This jimmy John’s is consistently slow. Every time we have ordered delivery (5 times now) it has taken over an hour to get delivered. We have had to call every time because even 30 minutes after placing the order the status is still “received” then magically it’s changed to out for delivery right after the call. A 7 minute drive often takes 30+ minutes once it’s marked out for delivery as well. There have been different reason every time we call. It would be great if the app/website would let us choose the other store in the area.
This is by far the slowest Jimmy John's I have been to. I have been here multiple times, and they have been very slow, plus they got my order right on the receipt, yet still made wrong. Recently I was overcharged by more than $7 also.
