My wife stopped in at the Kentwood location, to get us some sandwiches on her way home from work. 40 minutes later, she’s able to get the sandwiches. That’s is anything but freaky fast. Who is the moron that allows the place to run out of bread? A sandwich shop that sells sandwiches with bread. And then the kids are moving at a snails pace. Not going to that location again. It’s called move with a purpose and use common sense, or foot meets backside.

Food was great. The new pesto pasta was real good. I never buy cold pasta from restaurants, I make my own. Not sure why I ordered it, but so glad I did. I really did like it a lot. Very good flavor. I gave a 3 because it wasn't freaky fast delivery. Took 40mins., the rest good =)

Ordered delivery a hundred times. Last 5 times or so they delivered the food in like 45-50 mins and when we called them they just hang up or say they can’t do anything.Usually when the food gets here it’s cold and soggy too.

Terrible Experience.Ordered in store. Sub is not what I ordered it appears to be what ever they wanted to throw on the sandwich. The bread crust is rock hard and the bread appears to be stale. The construction of the sub has it falling apart as soon wrapping was opened.My pickle was forgotten in the time it took to make the sub and I had to ask for it even though it was on my order done at the register.I should have walked out as soon as I entered because the entire place smelled of tuna and other unsavory smells.Called to have a refund and was told they could not do anything (called less than 15 minutes after I left).Sub is so bad that it is going in the trash. After taking the sub apart in a attempt to fix it, it is apparent that things are not properly handled and this location will get someone sick.I would not purchase anything from here.

Its Jimmy John's. These are not hard subs to make and there is no reason it should take over an hour for 1 SUB to be delivered about 2-3miles away. Called to see what was going on and was just told sorry were busy, and offered no solution or anything to right the wrong. Poor customer service, will definitely go to a different location or get a far superior sub elsewhere.

Their delivery takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Every time. I'm just a few steets over but it always takes them over an hour to get here. I usually have to call before they finally show up. They also say the same story every time regardless of the time of day or day in the week. "We just got a large order in and are a little behind." I wish I could leave my work and not have to rely on delivery. People in the evening complain of the same delivery time and "reason". It's actually a common joke here that if you want Jimmy John's for lunch, make sure to order it an hour before so you might get it for dinner.
