I came through the drive thru and order a$10 meal with Cole slaw and potatoes wedges and corn muffins.We were told that it would be a 7 min wait on Wedges.ok fine I will wait.While waiting I notice horse play by the employees.So I called inside to ask If I could pull up to window to retrieve My Food since 7min turned into 10 min. When I got home The wedges that I was waiting 10 min for were hard and dry and not made fresh along with the chicken.I called back to this location to let them know about the food and I was notified that it was bad communication between the employees and that they had enough Weges for my order. So the fresh Wedges that I waited 10 min for I didnt receive I received the old Wedges. SO ONCE I EXPRESSED MY UNHAPPINESS VIA PHONE...The young girl told Since it's that serious about Me not being Happy with food and service ,that she would replace the whole meal ANGELICA. WHAT DID SHE MEAN? SINCE ITS THATS SERIOUS? MY HARD HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME IS SERIOUS AND YOU THINK ITS FUNNY! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AFTER GET MY REPLACEMENT FOOD.... My Money and Time is serious that's how they get a check and you question What i expect from sevice and quality hot food! Kids??? Smh

Wish I could give zero stars always takes way too long. Tried to dine in my mom got to place her order after almost 30mins then me and everyone else that was also waiting 30 plus mins gets told a 15 plus minute wait for chicken like seriously I had to be somewhere so I didn't even get to order my food after almost an hr and it's not just this one time every time it's they ran out of mashed potatoes or they don't have this they don't have that it's got to be made might I suggest placing an add on indeed if you are always that short staffed you can't have food available

Hope the owner sees this as I'm gonna write. I was semi undercover even though wearing top of the line material, I went into your kfc on eastern and 52nd. I asked if u had anything left over. They gave a biscuit and an old thigh and they were grateful. I then took a moment and went b ack in thanking them for their service and asked if I could fill my water bottle, they were so gracies. I gave them 100 bucks to split. Small white girl, heavy set guy and a smaller cook. I said split for your kindness. The joy they had. Owner..do the same..reward your workers. 100 bucks to u may seem nothing but others it makes them cry

Ordered two box tenders, a breast the food was absolutely horrible " very old" you can tell by just eating it, never got my biscuit? They where a bunch of kids working there and the manager was very unprofessional on the phone with me when I called to complain about my order. Go elsewhere if you want chicken this is not the place!

I ordered a 6 piece family meal CRISPY, I get home and guess what, I have original chicken in my bucket, my kids like crispy because they love the texture of the bread on the chicken they do not like to eat original, so I call the restaurant to inform them of their mistake so they can fix it, I was even willing to drive the extra miles to pic up my correct order. I call and talked to an employee she then mention to me they are out of crispy chicken, my question is why wasn't this said at the speaker?, I also asked are they able to fix the order tomorrow? The employee told me yes but I will have to bring back the bucket of chicken that I have now to them tomorrow in order for them to replace it...so I said when I bring it tomorrow yall are just going to throw it away, not only that but yall have a policy that yall can't except food back, so instead of me throwing away this chicken I now have to save this chicken bring it back to yall the next day for you to replace a meal my kids will not eat, I mean yall just said yall have no more crispy so yall know im not lying so my question is what other proof do u need the chicken for? And not only that but what compensation an I getting for driving all the way back to you because yall failed to tell me what yall had and gave me the wrong order....this isn't the first time u went through something with this kfc, I think im just going to make the extra drive and go to a different one.

I went through the drive thru today and received very friendly and courteous service.
The person who took my order was pleasant to talk to and was very friendly. I was told that there would be a wait on my order and that I could change it to something else if I needed to.
I chose to wait and was asked to park off to the side in the parking lot. Normal stuff these days. But when my food was brought out, I was greeted with even more cheer and happiness.
Finding people who act like they care about the job and their customers seems to be a challenge these days but this person was top notch. Whomever the manager is would do well to keep this person. Younger individiual with a star on the forehead.
