The food was fresh I cannot complain about that. The problem was the service.y biscuits were missing as I went from the drive though , so I simply just went inside said that they were missing. The lady I’m the back started screaming that she knows she put them in the bag that we prolly just took them out to get more free ones. Well for one I wouldn’t take the biscuits out of everything it would have been the chicken 😂 but absolutely no reason for this to have happened at all. Mistakes happen. People forget but it was one of the worst experiences and will NEVER be going back.

Second time now this place can’t provide the chicken I want. At Noon on Saturday stopped in and asked for a 10 piece all white. Worker said sorry I can’t do that, don’t have the chicken and a new cook. New cook?! I guess he hasn’t learned to cook chicken yet. I was willing to wait or come back when it was done but no, can’t do it. The people at this location have no understanding of customer service. In this case they have lost my business for good. I will go to one of the other KFCs not in this franchise even though they are farther away.

The guy taking my order was being incredibly rude to me while I was ordering. When I was asking my partner what drink they wanted he told me "its not rocket science". Awful service. Will not be going back

Food was great. Hot, fresh and great price. The place was dead silent on a weekday at dinner time which I thought was strange. Also the workers just seemed so unhappy and depressed. I tried talking to the young man at the counter, but he didn't interact with me much. The store was very clean though and I had a nice experience.
Worse service ever food just thrown in the box thn the biscuits was thrown in with the chicken and flat as a pancake the the box left open a d just thrown in the bag and pushed out the window poor poor customer service ever will never gobackto this location

There was a large group of us and the waitress handled allow us very well! The food was great, which it always is at KFC, no matter where you go! I especially like the ones that have the buffet! But there aren't many of them....
Parking: They have ample parking on both sides of building, including for handicapped.
Kid-friendliness: They have several highchairs for the little ones.

I mean, you kinda know what you are going to get when you come here, right? Although it seems the quality of each location can vary a lot. This seems like a better location. I got the 3 piece tender meal. It was ok. Tenders were kinda small. I had to ask for the biscuit and was told it didn't come with one. But it does. It's on the sign. I don't need to biscuit but they are pretty good and I'm just Dutch enough to make sure I get what I paid for. The person wasn't rude or hostile at all. She just missed it.
