I received the worst customer service at mad chicken! First time ever going to this place I thought it was really exciting. Looking forward to it! I instantly got racially profiled I was talked disrespectfully to the lady in the front counter with the unibrow. Disrespectful tone and I had cold food waiting about 30 minutes! I would never try again! And the up charged me as well. The chicken wrapped mail said 10.99! Yeah, my chicken wrap doesn’t even feel warm and they made me pay $15! If the chicken wrap meal was $15 it should be on the menu as $15! And the grilled chicken looks like tuna and dry as hell!

When you charge for sauce, maybe fill the small container you provide at least halfway (Ideally more?). Skimping on portions for eating out is already bad in 2025 but the amount of sauce they give you for 75 cents a pack is laughable.

The food was not worth the high dollar we spent. The lady who helped us at the counter was odd. Stared the whole time we were eating at our table. Kept asking personal questions. Not worth it in my opinion, they hardly put any sauce on the wings.

12 wings with fries plus 2 drinks was 27 dollars and some change. Never gave us a receipt or ask if we wanted it … she instantly balled it up and threw it away and Wings were fried in old oil and had a burnt taste. Never ever again

I’m so disappointed in mad chicken me and my daughter decided to check them out today April 22nd of 2025 first time ever and we decided because they had some really good reviews so we went ordered a couple items got home and was disappointed. I ordered a six piece traditional Wing and they were half cooked and also half glazed A couple pieces of my traditional wings was missing sauce completely with Buffalo sauce that we chose😩 what an inconvenience that every customer experience is different due to workers Rushing on orders and not properly preparing food items so I decided to give them two stars I was trying to leave a photo, but It wouldn’t allow me to such a disappointment because I see they have a lot of potential with their reviews. It’s just that wasn’t our first Time experience🤦🏾♀️
