12 wings with fries plus 2 drinks was 27 dollars and some change. Never gave us a receipt or ask if we wanted it … she instantly balled it up and threw it away and Wings were fried in old oil and had a burnt taste. Never ever again

I’m so disappointed in mad chicken me and my daughter decided to check them out today April 22nd of 2025 first time ever and we decided because they had some really good reviews so we went ordered a couple items got home and was disappointed. I ordered a six piece traditional Wing and they were half cooked and also half glazed A couple pieces of my traditional wings was missing sauce completely with Buffalo sauce that we chose😩 what an inconvenience that every customer experience is different due to workers Rushing on orders and not properly preparing food items so I decided to give them two stars I was trying to leave a photo, but It wouldn’t allow me to such a disappointment because I see they have a lot of potential with their reviews. It’s just that wasn’t our first Time experience🤦🏾♀️
I ordered the mad fries as a combo with fried pickle chips. The mad fries had like literally a sprinkle of shredded cheese, at first I thought there wasn’t any, but they were otherwise good. I asked for more cheese and she said it came with cheese I explained I didn’t believe there was even any on there, “extra” ended up being 79¢ for a container the same size as their sauce. The fried pickles came out undercooked the first time, took a bite of basically just batter on a pickle chip. I took them back and the mistake was fixed. The hot honey garlic sauce was really good and the chicken had good flavor. The service wasn’t too bad and there isn’t too much to say as far as atmosphere as it’s in the food court at the mall with a bunch of screaming children as music in the background. I might come back, not too sure.

If I could rate this zero for food and service I would I sent back my ceaser wrap twice due to an old tortilla that they tried to tell me it was because of the sauce I said no it’s an old tortilla so I asked for my money back and they told be I couldn’t get a refund that I could get what ever els I wanted so I got a chicken sandwich my son got tenders and my friend got tenders too we all ended up with food poisoning I would not ever eat here again be
