You never expect McDonald to be great, but this one was absolutely terrible. Took about 25 minutes to get my order, and I had to listen to the store’s managers yell at each other in the lobby while I waited. When I finally got my order it was wrong, had cheese on the sandwich even though I clarified multiple times I needed it without cheese. They remade it, but it was wrong again. Third time they got it right, only took about 40 minutes all together

This McDonald has horrible customer service. Never have I been to a business where employees are yelling at customers for trying to pick up an order. And on New years Day. What is wrong with people. This would be a 0 star experience.
Lost the order. We have proof it was payed for, had the order number and everything. They lost the order wouldn't give a refund or remake it. Was ignored for 10 minutes. Place is disgusting. Do not go here.

Me and my sister didn’t even get to finish ordering or paying. Firstly the night managers young male, and young female refused to take a second order in the drive through, and were trying to make us drive all the way around the building. We mentioned there was nobody else in either lanes and reversed and pulled back up to the speaker twice. By this time it was 4 cars total between the two lanes including us. So we decided to pull up to the window in hopes to speak to the managers about what just happened. The “General manager's mother” working the back cash lane instantly was cutting us off before, during, and after us asking for a manager and encouraging us to pull off and calling us names! The female manager rolling her eyes also said to us that we just pissing her off while we were trying to explain our situation and asking to speak to a different manager. He wouldn’t allow us to order either so we asked for their names and drove off. I never had worse experience from any restaurant and never read as many horrible reviews. Safe to say we will never return to this location again. Especially after being assaulted.

Horrible customer service! Especially from the two light skinned black guys who work inside the store. The guy on the PA system talked so damn fast you literally couldn't understand what he was saying! Then there was the guy inside who was SUPER RUDE when I wanted to exhange my egg mcmuffin for one which ACTUALLY had an egg on it!!!! Will never go to this particular mcdonalds again. Would like to see both of those clowns FIRED!
