I could care less if people smile at me but what happens here to make the employees so depressed and angry. I come in pretty much regular at least once a week, and every time no one talks or anything as if they are mad at me. Often my food gets handed to me and I don’t even know if it’s the full order or not because they say NOTHING. If I ask a question the employees voices are full of anger or sadness. I did have one good experience with a young man who took the initiative to give me a free meal after I waited for 15 minutes with out me asking. He also smiled and had a sincere kind tone. I always try to come in with a smile to cheer you guys up but it seems to make you guys angry at me. I work in customer service too I understand it can be hard so I try my best to bring you guys a smile!

This location is garbage. I placed a mobile order that was marked as ready before I even arrived. I was standing in the lobby waiting for my order (in an actual puddle of dirty water over by the order pickup) and after 10 minutes of waiting and being completely ignored by the staff I had to loudly say excuse me several times just to get someone to acknowledge me. Keep in mind they weren’t busy whatsoever and just goofing around with a mop (not actually mopping though). Then they have the nerve to have an attitude and act like I’m the problem as they blatantly ignored me and refused to prepare the order that was already supposedly ready 10 minutes ago. Go to a different location, this one is a joke

Piss poor service I tried to get the Reese meal three times in a row and they failed each time I ordered w/ out bacon they put it on anyway, It was a double they put one Pattie, Third time trying they gave me uncooked meat, Then to top it off they didn’t give me a full refund I’m a livid customer be smart and don’t choose this location they were not busy at all!!!

I gave them a code for 20% off and then the person taking my order switched and lost the code. The woman who finished taking my order was rude and unwilling to help me with my coupon that they lost.

They told me they would discount my order at the window, and when I pulled up and asked if it was discounted the woman at the window said yes. I gave her my card and when I got the receipt it was not discounted.

I wouldn’t have authorized my card if I had known the discount wasn’t on there. And the woman at the window just straight up lied to get me through. The menu prices are also much higher at this location than others in the area. Definitely would avoid this location.

To the dude at the drive through this morning taking my order, you guys doing time trial orders or are you just having a bad day? Acting like that customer service isn't for you bud. You wouldn't even let me finish my order, you cut me off as I was talking to tell my total, then take the other lanes order, ask me what else I need just to do the same damn thing.. I see why that store has horrible ratings!

A bunch of adult children on staff making you sit and wait in the drivethrough while they are playing. Someone finally comes back to the speaker after repeating a 1 item order 3 times and the girl says "You posed to give me that when you start now I can't take it." I'm sorry, WHAT!?!? I came in and reordered because I already promised my child. The staff are playing arguing. What a circus. I can't imagine this is the best staff they can hire. The girl taking orders inside was fine. A lady who was waiting for her order since before I came in and ordered just went up and asked where her food is. It never came out! THE GM IS HERE! Why is this acceptable? I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT....just smh. 4:40pm 2/7/25.

Not the first time I’ve been told the system is down with 6+ people who ordered ahead of me. You can see they’re taking orders through the window. Just lazy, go to any other location and save yourself the trouble. Online orders are a pain here too.
