They gave me a burnt gyro and wouldn’t give me a refund kept telling me they would send a new one and never did all I want is a refund. The food is trash here and the kitchen and cooking grease is dirty!

I dont want to be to harsh maybe if you pick your food up it will be better but delivery it was cold and soggy maybe ine day I will give them another chance but probably not and whemn I called sombody answered from their house and said it happens from time to time I was def confused I gave them my credit card info scary..

Waited 2.5 hours to get our cold chicken delivered after they said it would be 45-50 minutes. After 2 calls and being lied too, the person at the restaurant laughed at me and hung up. He also refused to give me the name of the owner or manager. He started talking to another employee in a foreign language and I heard him say manager and then they both were laughing and it was then he hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Ordered doordash twice. first time told me they couldn’t cancel my order on their end with no dasher for 1 hour then finally after another hour of waiting to cancel order and go to bed they decided to cancel. Second time ordering DoorDash from this place didn’t receive info on the dasher and was told it was an employee and waited extra time while communicating with a rude and disrespectful employee that refused to once again cancel order. Food is great, service is absolutely terrible. Refer to the other one star reviews before deciding to place and order here. As a server who prides herself in executing tasks correctly and proving informative services, I am extremely disappointed in this restaurants communication skills and customer service.

Service was terrible ordered online and when I got there, not only was the order not done but walkins were getting food ahead of me. After making my order, they dropped a piece of fish on the floor and would have still served it to me of I hadn't been watching after that they remade one piece of fish, while the rest of my food sit there getting cold For 15 to 20 minutes. 10 out of 10 I don't recommend.

They ruined my order sent it a mess and when I asked for a remake after sending it back the MANAGER basically said we gotta pay a deli every fee AGAIN and they ruined the order.
The burgers ? are prepattied dry.the size of the Patti is not consistent with the size of the bun....

Went at lunch time, around 130. Was not expecting to have to have mashed potatoes and gravy heated up in a microwave. The chicken was decent-sized, thigh and breast, however it had zero flavor., I mean zerooo. When I went to go eat the mashed potatoes it actually came out in chunks around the outsides. I ordered a fountain pop, Mountain Dew. I don't know what's wrong with their systems but it tasted like it had cherry infused. I was warned by my coworkers that the chicken was not good. But I had to try it because it was convenient. Will not be going back. Was also told the coleslaw was nasty by a couple of co-workers.I'm positive note the worker was very pleasant. The store was very clean.

this was nasty the worse $44 my momma ever spent. they didn't even give her the right fish. my chicken looked undercook & my brother burger had more bread than meat so disappointed.

They messed up my order. I drove back to get my missing food then they gave me half of a sandwich and a free thigh to compensate. I never saw a Italian beef sandwich so empty.

Ordered 9 piece wing zings and Italian Beef sub. Got home and didn’t have the sub. Went back to get the sub and they didn’t want to accommodate my trip to get my order. Actually was told by the I guess manager that they can’t give me anything because I came back from my dwelling place to retrieve my sandwich cause the BOSS is going to count the cheese cake. Poor Customer Service.
