It's been 11 years since we have been to this Outback and we never had any issues until tonight. Now the seared ahi was delicious for my first time trying it and also the brown bread with butter was great as well. Our main dishes, which was steak and shrimp alfredo, and the chicken and shrimp alfredo wasn't at all what we had thought it would be. Out of both dishes, the shrimp was the best part. My steak was over done, and both pasta dishes were over peppered. We didn't even eat half of the entree, it was that over seasoned. We have never known a alfredo dish to be that peppery so it was a disappointment. We do appreciate all that you guys do for everyone and hope that our next dinner experience will be a better one than tonight.

Both our server Richard and the manager (I did not catch her name) gave phenomenal customer service and even when dealing with challenges were pleasant to interact with. It was busy last night and they seemed to be short staffed but everyone I interacted with went above and beyond and did everything in their control to keep things rolling smoothly. Unfortunately, I don’t think the kitchen was bringing their A game and I’ve felt quite sick after eating there last night. My appetizers and sides were good but even after getting it remade my steak just wasn’t what I expect from Outback. I’m sure if I had mentioned it, they would’ve taken care of it but I didn’t want to further inconvenience anyone when it wasn’t directly their fault. I get that everywhere is short staffed right now so I’d still give the team 4 stars overall because they’re really doing the best they can
