Great food. Always love the Saag dishes. I do think the naan bread is lacking sometimes compared to Pind, but this place is easier to find a table at anyways and the service is better.

Love getting takeout from here. Wish the portions with protein were bigger but the taste is great.

This was an ok place, passable if you want mild Indian cuisine and not pay too much. The food was prepared properly but is one of the mildest I've had. I'd asked for extra hot and the waiter joked he'd give me the 20 on the 1-10 scale. I gave it a 2 (being generous), it was that mild. When I complained to the waiter he said he didn't think I could handle hot food, but next time he will make it a 20. There won't be a next time 😒

I tried this restaurant in Uber eats on a recommendation of a friend and I ordered for his favorite food like Naan, kadhai Pakora and lamb Seekh kebab food was delicious.
But they did not provide any chutney or sauce
And failed to provide no utensils and Napkins.
I specially requested for the Napkins and sauce but they didn’t care. Naans not well cooked.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time since Pals moved.. Love the new space. Had a lovely casual lunch with a friend. Miss the buffet but loved the butter lamb. Meat was tender, and the sauce was unbelievable. I've had mostly delivery since 2020. It was so nice to dine in for a change♡
Vegetarian options: My friend is a vegetarian. She had z difficult time deciding which dish she would have. So many options!
Parking: Now located in the old QDoba,2 doors down from previous space.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in no steps

Their butter chicken sauce is good. I just wish it had a reasonable amount of chicken in it. They are really stingy on the chicken. Think chicken noodle soup with like 3 pieces of chicken in it. It would be great if not for that.

First visit to an Indian restaurant and I am now a big fan of Indian food!
- Goat Masala: This was the star of today’s show. It was cooked in a spicy medium thick sauce and very tasty. This made the meat moist and delicious! It also comes with rice. I highly recommend it!
- Lamb Seekh Kabob: It is like sausage, but fresher, spiced differently, and has a dryer texture. It was served on a sizzler like cast iron platter with onions, green peppers, carrots, and a slice of lemon. It also came with white rice.
- Garlic Naan Bread: Soft with a garlic taste and a tiny hint of another seasoning I couldn’t recognize. Very soft and good with just about anything. Especially good for snacking while waiting.
- Indian Coffee: Friend had it and enjoyed it. Free refills.
- Service: The server’s attention was divided, but helpful. He was not fluent in English, but knew enough to explain things.
The majority of their business seemed to be DOORDASH, UberEats, and GRUBHUB. There were only four tables occupied of the 15 or so that were available, but there were constantly drivers showing up and picking up orders, dividing the server’s attention.
Don’t get me wrong. We were helped completely, but often with some waiting.
- Atmosphere: Definitely felt like we were in middle-class India. There were music videos of Indian pop music playing on two screens. The booths were comfy and the décor felt more like a home than a restaurant.
Visited on a Monday at 5:20-6:45 PM.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu also has the option to request a full vegan option.
Parking: Plenty of parking in a shared parking lot.

Terrible place please don’t visit, they are dishonest scammers. I was told they have halal food, I wanted to verify with them one guy told me umm yea it’s halal he wasn’t able to answer if the animal is sacrificed in Halal way, then he handed phone to another guy he started yelling he says we buy halal from Costco. I have asked which one? he says there is only one Costco call them and hanged up on me. I know that we have 2 costcos in Grand Rapids mi I’ve called Costco on 28th st they have confirmed that they don’t sell halal meat. They are charging extra for Halal dish, even though they don't sell halal. Big scammers be aware

The food was great!! Menu didn't have a lot of description. Wait staff seemed more intent on walk-in orders than sitting customers

As a person who indulges in indian food weekly... this place ain't it! I mean for those who DON'T know anything about Indian food, may enjoy this place. For us it was a disaster. The food wasn't authentic, not even the tea ??. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Indian food.

Not impressed!
The evening we arrived at Grand Rapids, we thought of trying Indian flavors and giving this restaurant a try since it had good ratings.
However, soon we realized it wasn't a good idea coz the food we received was far from what we expected in terms of flavors.
The samosa chat was quite unappetizing, there was too much yogurt, had no balance of sweet n sour flavors. Nothing close to a typical samosas chat.
Garlic Naan was fine but makhani dal was missing flavors. We ordered over the phone, which was a good decision. They prepped it soon enough.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options to choose from. The spice levels can be adjusted as per the taste.
Parking: Ample parking spots right outside this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible entrance. Accessible parking on spot.
