i ordered a pickup. The meal was prepared fast and that was good but it did not provide the teriyaki and hotand sour sauce. I ended up eating very dry.. The food is great but I hope next time the sauces would he included.

One of the most delicious chicken diner experience I never knew came in a family size order. Great seating with more than adequate ambient lighting. Great dine-in experience. I would recommend you try it if you are ever in the area.

My family and I were visiting the area for a Hockey Tournament, staying at a nearby hotel. We noticed the Panda Express on the way back from a morning game. We didn't have to think twice about deciding on where to get lunch, and we were not disappointed. We chose the drive thru and ordered our different meals. The food was delicious, hot and very well proportioned. The fast drive thru service went very well indeed. The next time we are in Grand Rapids for another Hockey Tournament, we will most surely support this restaurant in Kentwood. Thanks again for a fantastic lunch.

The biggest concern is the food quality and portion sizes. The overall taste was subpar and not the first time it happened at this location. All of these PE restaurants are hit or miss some days they are on the up swing other times you might as well have stayed home eating a tv dinner. PE needs restructuring immediately The consistency will always be there if it's never properly regulated. Certainly starting with better leadership.
Fast but small portions, no flavor and pricey for what you get. Broccoli stems cut in big chunks and they aren't cooked through. Barely any broccoli heads. Would not recommend.

I walked into today to the 28th street kentwood location and I wanted mushroom chicken and I noticed it was at the very end of it so I asked how long would it be for new? They told me about 7 minutes so I sat at a table and waited.. I could see the new mushroom chicken was ready to go into the bowl and the worker took the old mushroom chicken and put it in my container and I said , no… I just waited for the new one (and they knew I was waiting) so the girl dumped the old out of my container and put new into it I’m just confused and quite irritated
