Sadly, this location does not offer anything for veterans on Veterans’ Day or a military discount.

WOW Normally I love my sip club even though they offer almost zero cold beverages that are diabetic friendly. I have pretty much been focusing on the agave lemonade though during the summer the strawberry basil lemonade was a nice addition. Now even though sip club beverages are $3-4.59 when they add Hot chocolate for the chilly season for 3.99 instead of including it in Sip club they want us to pay 1.99 for it. Time to cancel my club until maybe next summer.
Awesome fresh food and lots of choices and friendly employees

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at two Panera locations today. The first location was completely out of bread—at Panera, of all places! I then went to the location on 28th, hoping for a better outcome, but was told they were out of eggs. It was only 10:30 AM, and to make matters worse, they refused to take my order even though I was at the window before 10:30.
I spoke to the manager, who simply stated they were out of the necessary ingredients. This is unacceptable for a place known for its fresh and reliable menu. Extremely disappointed in the lack of inventory management and poor customer service.
I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I frequently have issues at this location, especially with delivery orders- wrong food is sent, missing items, stale bread/cookies, food quality issues, etc. Last week my delivery order never showed up even though it was marked delivered. I called the store and they said they didn’t have anyone to re-deliver so they would issue me a refund and send some coupons, and then I never got a refund or the coupons. I’ve been a long-time customer but I just canceled my Panera sip club membership and I don’t think I will be coming back, at least not to this location.

Wouldn’t load my “promotional $10 gift card”. Then THEY forgot my straw. I had to go through the line at the drive through again and wait AGAIN to get it ( I couldn’t just go in because my leg is broken) Then when I got to my location, I opened my bag (I kept it closed to keep the meal warm) and there were no utensils that I had specifically requested. DON’T TRUST THE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS. AND. CHECK UOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW. Panera obviously doesn’t check for accuracy or value your time. Then lures you into buying gift cards with a $10 promotional card that is useless.

I’m not sure what happened to Panera but it’s definitely not the same as it was a couple of years ago. The service was good for the most part. The food came out fast but the quality was subpar and it was really expensive for what we ordered. A half of a ciabatta Philly, a bowl of soup and two baguettes and it was almost $30. Not really worth it.
