It's such a damn shame that they're the only ones who deliver stuffed crust because they are NOT capable of simply putting the correct ingredients on a pizza😭 Ordered a stuffed crust with bbq, chicken, green pepper, and onion- received a pizza with all that and mushroom???? Called them, got a new pizza, lo and behold? They forgot the chicken!!! The guy on the phone was incredibly nice, sounded overworked. I wish him the best.

Horrible customer service the place isn’t managed at all, playing loud trap music straight cursing super loud into the dining area. They had really few orders but the pizza took a really long time, people on their phones. They need better management.

Just terrible. If I could give zero I would. Pizza Hut corporate has become just abhorrent with customer interaction. As for this location no one answers the phone. I needed to just check on my order, get a confirmation about it. Because the app and website do not give out any information as to how your dodger is doing, or whether or not it’s actually set for delivery or not. For this location, I tried several times calling the number posted on the app, and on google. No answer. When I get transferred to the integrated receptionist program for the store, every routing goes to a busy signal. I miss Pizza Hut. They used to be so good. Just sad.

There was a long hair in our Bread Sticks container covering 3 Bread Sticks on top & going underneath some. There was all younger black kids working there except for you could hear a lady yelling from the back about food. The pizzas were decent but we wouldn't have eaten any of it except we had 1/2 of both pizzas already gone B4 we opened the Bread Sticks Box. Will Not go back to this location. No 1 of us had hair that long or even that color, my head shaved & parents are shorter & silver being in their mid & late 70's!
Parking: Sign not lit up on building. Very Very difficult to locate @ night since the businesses rt next to it are closed & have their parking lot lights off & everything in & around the stores on each side of pizza hut. Go to different location you'll thank yourself later @ some point. I'm sure you'll get a hair @ some time in your food from here

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. They are famous for their pizza, especially their personal pan pizza, which was perfect for my seven-year-old. In reading the menu, there's pizza that comes in large, medium, and " individual." Weirdly, the "individual" one isn't pizza at all. It's more of a hard, crispy wrap with toppings inside and marinara sauce on the side. It wasn't my favorite. However, customer service was excellent. The woman behind the cashier was amazing. This location has a few booths for those who want to stay and eat.

New to the area, went into this location to order a meal for dinner. There were 3 customers sitting on a booth waiting for their order. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes right in front of an employee at 8:45 pm, who was at the register. African male with a benni cap on. He did not acknowledge me in any way shape or form. so I assumed he was too busy to acknowledge a customer for an order who has never been at this location. I heard 2 employees in the back laughing and having a good time. I would not recommend this location. If I was a mystery shoppers of pizza hut they would definitely fail on customer service. I couldn't say anything about the food as the employee never took my order. I will try back on 10.09.24 durning the evening to see if it was just the employee. Well I came back and people sitting on booths waiting for awhile because there was nobody at the register for approximately 4 minutes and counting. Yeah bad service at this location. Pretty sad.
