Nobody’s ever at the front counter. When you go there for lunch you don’t want to sit at the counter waiting for 5+ minutes for a cashier. Happens all the time , today was ridiculous , just left , probably never coming back. Usually eat here a couple times a week but service is now trash
This was my first and last time visiting pizza ranch. I was charged adult price for my 9 year old son despite me making it clear to the employee that HE IS 9. Tables were dirty, it was slow so I’m not sure why the staff wasn’t actively cleaning. Staff wasn’t friendly, the atmosphere in the restaurant was DRY. We stopped here on a bus trip 40 of us. Walked in greeted the food was delicious, workers was courteous.
