Nobody’s ever at the front counter. When you go there for lunch you don’t want to sit at the counter waiting for 5+ minutes for a cashier. Happens all the time , today was ridiculous , just left , probably never coming back. Usually eat here a couple times a week but service is now trash

Pizza Ranch has a wide variety of foods very nice salad bar, a separate vegetable bar with the best fried chicken you have ever eaten, another separate bar with a wide variety of pizza, and another desert area with soft ice cream! You cannot beat the value.
This was my first and last time visiting pizza ranch. I was charged adult price for my 9 year old son despite me making it clear to the employee that HE IS 9. Tables were dirty, it was slow so I’m not sure why the staff wasn’t actively cleaning. Staff wasn’t friendly, the atmosphere in the restaurant was DRY. My kids LOVE pizza and they didn’t care for this pizza at all. 0/10 I wouldn’t invite my enemy to eat here. This was the first time I was ok with not leaving a tip!

I called in advance, I justed need fried chicken. Kellie the Manager answers the phone with the absolute perfect verbatim. Dang , she wat right best dang chicken. Great job great Chicken. We / I definitely will enjoy again.
