Ordered a Large fry, Spicy chicken sandwich and a large fanta only thing they got right was the drink fry was small and sandwich was classic no pickle. And it took 40 minutes in a drive thru for my food.

Had wait 20 minutes to place my order wasn't even busy Jamie took her time preparing drive thru orders while I had to wait extra 10 minutes to place my order having all these employees on the back not busy someone could assist her but not sure how they do thing is not busy but takes her time to take orders just found it not organized I work on a fast food need give proper customer service people will not get frustrated or upset but just advise need be more organized on top didn't get my order complete I was really waiting patiently but getting to my destination and not having my order complete not cool coupons or not it's what we paying for

I love Popeyes, I’m here specifically for the worker who was working the window the night of February 1st, 2025 at approximately 11:10pm. He typed my order in wrong and blamed it on me when I asked him to fix it at the window saying it reflects on him for voiding items. I politely told him it’s on him regardless because he wasn’t listening. He proceeded to decide not to service me which is contradictory because he has to void it regardless. But it’s cool. I will be back cause Popeyes is great but he needs to be addressed. Thank you.

We ordered the Festive Family meal for $20.00. It should have 4 pc chicken, 4 tenders, 4 sides. We ordered 3 red beans/rice they gave us 3 mash potatoes. We noticed that before we left and they fixed that mistake. We arrived home to find they forgot to put in the 4 tenders. Bummer. The chicken was delicious. Just sad no tenders to go with our dipping sauces. We tried calling the number but it is busy, 4 busy tones and then it automatically hangs up.

Food was greasy and lukewarm, for what we got i think it was over priced, seems like proportion was shrinking, not enough gravey on mashed potatoes, biscuits were very dry

Been in there twice in the last week and both times it was a wreck. First time waited 30 minutes for a sweet tea & Mac and cheese. Today I placed a pick up order and showed up to pick it up 30 minutes later just to be told they don’t have sweet tea (with an eye roll from the lady whenever we said we had a gallon of tea) and they weren’t going to do anything about it. I asked if I could get regular tea in place of it and they did give me that but it’s frustrating that after the order had been placed for such a long time and then it was even right.

Unbelievable slow!!! Ordered the Family meal, came back to check on it 20 minutes later and the order was lost!! I counted 11 employees including 2 manager and NOT ONE person had any sense of urgency!! I would replace the entire management team!!

I don’t know what’s the problem inside the Popeyes on 54th but if I order a family meal, that’s what I expect. There’s no way you thought it was OK to shorten me chicken and think I wouldn’t notice, 😩 whatever happened to the mix crowd if ppl at Popeyes because these new people is terrible. They can’t get nothing right and someone always have to bring they order back in.

This Popeyes location NEVER and I mean NEVER gets your order right. You literally have to take every thing out of the bags and boxes to figure out what they screwed up because trust me your order will be screwed up. Absolutely terrible customer service
