Normally this popeyes is gas, Usually pretty quick and no issues with the order. I was third in line when I showed up and we waited for over a half an hour in the drive through. We would have left but unfortunately you’re locked in. Thought they may have been understaffed but we get to the window and there is a guy running the drive through who was nice enough but 3 other employees just sitting in the back on their phones. There were probably 5-6 cars behind us. We’re sitting there waiting wondering what’s going on and the employees are doing literally nothing. I’d rather show up to a popeyes that’s understaffed and taking a long time than one that has people who are getting paid to not do their jobs.

I came to dine with my wife, but the manager was extremely rude. The woman in the gray shirt—who wasn't wearing a hat—spoke very loudly to me; her attitude was completely insolent. I will never return.

Personally, I think Popeyes is overrated. Service is terrible and the chicken is average.

I was going to order a family meal for delivery through the app. Unfortunately it would not let me pick what sides I wanted. I called the restaurant, the employee threw corporate under the bus instead of trying to figure out a solution. I was hoping I could tell him what sides I wanted but he acted like he didn't want to help solve a simple issue. I ordered dinner somewhere else🤷‍♀

Waiting literally stuck in drive thru for a hour because its one lane

The chicken was super crispy! Literally loved everything we tried so far. Great staff! Managers treat them like family. Love seeing that!

I received my food and it was hot it was delicious it looked good I went to the drive-thru and it was quick it's very satisfied

The first time I had Popeyes Chicken was when I was a child at the Division store downtown. I’m 58 now and had never had bad chicken in all those years. Bad service, maybe, but never bad food. Until today. The chicken was so much ver done it was hard and the breading was super thick. Thicker than the chicken. The biscuits had a weird aftertaste. The Mac and cheese was good but I would have liked some macaroni with my cheese. Again, it did taste good, just no macaroni. I was so surprised that in more than 40 years over having Popeyes that the food was just plain bad.

What kind of boneless are these supposed to be?
No sauce at all and they were cold. Same with the Cajun fries they were cold and less than amount that is supposed to have

Especially impressed by the biscuits! They were buttery and crisp on the outside and pillow soft on the inside! It had been many visits since I could claim this!
