I used to avoid this place because the quality had dropped off over the past couple of years, but I stopped in recently while on the road and decided to give it another shot. Glad I did.
The food has noticeably improved ,everything tasted fresh, and the burrito was actually really good. It feels like they’ve stepped things back up and are paying attention again.
Because of that, they’ve definitely earned me back as a customer. I’ll be stopping in again next time I’m passing through.

Normally Qdoba staff is friendly and greets customers but today they didn't and were conversating at the counter. Then when serving me, he gave me kid size portion for the meat and shrimp(ordered surf and turf) barely gave a full ladel of queso and I paid for a side of chips and not only were they not filled to at least half full BUT they were stale.
This is the 2nd time I've gone to qdoba and they have disappointed me whether it was from the service or the food, which sucks because I like qdoba.
Also, with the chips being one of the best items there and then to get them stale is very disappointing

Great experience today. I wish I had gotten all the names of the staff who helped, but I do remember there was someone named Paris who helped. She was awesome, kind, polite, professional, and quick. All the food was fresh and warm. My office catered today for the birthday party of a staff member who is retiring. QDoba was her request, and she was very happy. Thank you for a great experience.

I placed an online order @ 4:27. Said it would be ready between 4:40 & 4:50. I arrived at 4:50 and was told to wait. 20 more minutes went by before I received my order. After getting home I found my bowl didn't have half the items I ordered in it. I'm extremely frustrated because everything is printed out, all that has to be done is to follow that order. Ridiculous

I stopped in a couple of times recently. The last time I went was disappointing enough. First the amount of meat was rather tiny. Then the cashier charges me more than I'm used to. The food isn't exceptional in any way. I can deal with the amount of food being less and the price increases. But then the tall cashier lady was pushy and insisting I do a review and offered me a cookie to give a good review. She wouldn't stop talking and asking questions so I declined like normal multiple times and left. I don't want to put in effort just to get something to eat. I just want to get a good bowl at a good price so I can go home after a long day. Don't annoy your consumers right after you raise prices and shrink portions of the main item. Not coming back.

I can't believe it, again small portions, tiny portions, what country are we in? The UNITED STATES, and you're serving food portions as if we were a poor country? How is it possible that this place claims to serve food for fit people? How is it possible that I have to complain to get more food, and even then it's a miserable portion? Total disappointment. Second complaint at the same place, what's wrong with the managers here? Why are they so stingy? Are they short on money that they can't give a reasonable portion? And besides, I made them remake the dish, and you lost money because I demanded another plate. Wouldn't it have been better to give me a decent portion of food in the first place? That way you wouldn't have wasted two extra plates? YOU LOST CUSTOMERS.

Staff literally doesnt care how long it takes you to get you food. Was left watching the employees make online orders and everything besides help the next customer in line. 30 minutes to get an order when I was 3rd in line
