The food was mid chipotle is better. My friend got chipotle and he’s kinda sped so he forgot to put rice on. After waiting 15 minutes which I wasn’t mad at to get the white rice I asked the employee if I could have some white rice. She asked me the name on my online order and gave me a bowl of rice but she passed it down the line. Seeing that she never said it would cost money I thought it would be free. There was another employee who was sitting there and I asked if I could have my rice and she said it would cost $1.30 I told her I didn’t know that and I didn’t want to pay that but she told me it’s only a dollar 30 and we already made it just pay for it. I am angry and need a refund. Terrible customer service all these employees need to be fired never coming back to Qdoba again

I’m writing this review because today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I usually have a great experience at this location, but today I felt rushed and dismissed by the tall Caucasian gentleman preparing my order. He attempted to add items to my bowl that I did not request, and when I tried to correct him, he responded with, “This is fast food,” in a very rude tone while rushing to move on to the next customer.

The women who work there have always been wonderful, but his behavior completely changed the atmosphere and overshadowed the excellent service I’m used to. Unfortunately, this experience left me highly dissatisfied and hesitant to return.

Honestly if I could rate it negative Stars I would.... I literally watched another customer grab my order on accident and instead of remaking my food they sneakily put it back on the shelf to be picked up even after I washed it all happen and asked him about it. Then as I'm asking about it they cut me off and walk away definitely not the way to treat a customer. So glad I spent money at the store for food that I couldn't even eat because someone else put their hand in my bag and instead of doing the right thing they would rather be lazy

Worst experience of all time at a Qdoba today. Toran is rude, does not wear a hair net on the serving line, and deliberately uses antagonistic language with customers while giving inaccurate portions. I get Qdoba catering 8-10 times annually for my company, we will find another caterer to use as I will never patronize a Qdoba again.

They leave you waiting at the counter. No hello. No someone will be right with you. The employee just walked to to the back and stood there talking to the other coworkers.

They are always out of something - this last time it was ground beef. They only half listen to what you order - you ask for both beans, they only give you one, they ask if you want peppers, you say no then they ask you again about peppers, you tell them the bowl is done then ask if you want any more sauce or sour cream ... Just listen!
The tables are all wobbly, the bench seats are falling apart. Prefer the Caledonia branch!

I'm only giving two stars because one of the employees tried to make up for the fact that the other employee was an inconsiderate jerk. Started ordering and he didn't even ask if I wanted anything then literally push us out of the way and started taking orders for the next people. Then they told me I had to get back in line to place my order which would put me behind like five other people when I have my daughter standing here ready to eat. Then they don't close the bowl all the way they put it in the bag crooked so when I get to the car my bag is filled with the contents of the bowl we bought instead of it being in the bowl. Learn to do your job and don't shut people out of the way without even asking them if they want to order when they're standing in line trying to order. Sincerely starving girl with a concussion! I will never come back to this location. Thanks for nothing but a mess in my new truck. 👍

The gentleman that made our food was fast and nice, however the female cashing us out with gauged ears and glasses had the ugliest attitude. If you're that miserable at your job then leave and don't rub off that negative energy to other people. The tone of your voice, the hand gestures of annoyance was very well noticed.
