Our family loves Qdoba but we are disappointed in this location. Of 5 meals ordered in our latest dinner order, only 1 did not have any issues. We ordered 2 kids meals; sides and drinks were missing on both. We were supposed to have cutlery but did not. The portion of a bowl was inadequate and the same size as a mini-bowl from other locations. The bowl had so much chili crema it was almost inedible. Fajita veggies were missing from a burrito. The staff were friendly and apologetic for originally burning the kids quesadillas.

Apparently reading is difficult, fajita peppers ordered and no fajita peppers in either bowl, the bowls are half filled, and I spent $33??? Never again, unless I go in next time with a camera crew to ensure I get what I order.

Every day they give less protein. Every time I go, they want to save money on the portion of meat or chicken. How is it possible that they give me so little food and cost me $16? It's incredible that the managers want to save more money. I give it 1 star because despite my complaints, they didn't give me more protein. Next time I will ask for more and not pay.
and they gave me a double portion which I paid for and still I didn't feel the meat. They are scoundrels!

Sucks. One female worker kept talking to another employee without acknowledging my presence then had an attitude on top with a condescending tone for NO reason. Work on your customer service.

Walked in for my pickup order. The manager asked my name and I provided it. SHE SAID IT WOULD BE RIGHT UP BUT DIDN'T INFORM THE PEOPLE WORKING ON THE LINE. So they continued to ignore online orders and only took people in line as they walked in. 3 people before the manager told him to make MY ORDER. 🙄 What is this trend.
The workers were extremely rude and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The food portion sizes are almost laughable, way too small. I think I’d rather starve. Any question I had was either met with a scoff or an eyeroll, if you are hungry for qdoba, go to the qdoba on alpine. Wonderful service, great portion sizes, literally anything other than this qdoba is worth your time. I cannot stress enough how small the portion sizes were for my bowl, where’s a lady like me supposed to get a reasonable amount of guac on her rice bowl. 0 stars, horrific experience. :(

Visited 12/18/2024. No sense of urgency from staff, took their time to greet us and took even longer to prep the food which was sitting partially prepared, getting cold on the counter. Staff was not friendly. Son asked to get extra rice instead of beans. They charged $1.25 and said they can't replace beans with more rice. I think that's ridiculous.
The store itself was filthy. The counter where the cash register sat looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks.
We won't be returning to this location.
